The website showed the store that I pick has items and so my order was taken. Later, I received a call from store clerk saying they don't have items. This happens not once but few times in different store, Johns creek, Chamblee, and Atlanta. Today, I placed the order again at Johns Creek store. Found items in stock and ordered. Guess what. Store clerk called and she left me call back number but didn't tell what that call was about. I called the number back and currently on hold for 35 mins. and counting.
I am about to hand up and never buy anything from Lowe's anymore.
Any just found out, I ordered 3 but Johns Creek only have 2. I cancelled the order. Good bye Lowe's.

We bought a refrigerator from Lowes on May 20th which was delivered damaged on May 25th. We called Lowes customer service the next day and a replacement was ordered which will be delivered on June 24 because this specific refrigerator is not in stock.
In next couple of weeks, we were not satisfied with the refrigerator and decided if we should purchase a different brand which is literally twice the price of our damaged refrigerator.
I had some time available today so I went to Lowes to upgrade our purchase. I went to the appliance section and asked the sales person if I can upgrade my replacement unit, which is yet to be delivered, with a different brand. Sales person added notes on computer and informed me that manager will call you. I inquired if manager is available so I can finish my purchase rather than making another trip. I was told manager is busy so the only option for me is to wait for his call. I was very curious why I can't talk to the manager when he is in store and there were very few customers in store.
On the way out, I stopped at Service Desk with a hope I can finish the purchase today. All people at service desk were very friendly and they took me back to the Appliance section so I can talk to the manager. Manager informed me that I have missed Lowes 48 hours return window policy so I can't swap my purchase with a different refrigerator. I asked the manager that once I will receive the replacement unit, I will still have 48 hours to cancel my purchase. Manager agreed to the inquiry but ask me to call Lowes 800 number and ask them. I am very curious as well as upset with this kind or response and service by Appliance Center sales person and the manager.
I had very pleasant experience with the Returns desk but folks at Appliance Center need some training.

Everyone here is friendly. Was greeted with a smile, asked if I needed help. Store was fully staffed. Clean store.

Store is under terrible management. Do not order any customized windows here. They will lose your order or it will never arrive. Then they keep telling you to call back and check, with no directions. Noone knows your status and keeps putting you on hold and transfer to the next person.

Avoid buying appliances. Purchased zline double wall oven, the glass door all of a sudden shuttered while the oven was off, we started a claim with the insurance we purchased from them over a week ago, and while the website says someone will get in touch within 2 days don’t hold your breath, we can’t get anyone to even email us . Huge disappointment I’ll never buy appliances from Lowe’s again.
