I recently had a very disappointing experience at Lowe's in Lawrenceville Suwanee. Despite purchasing products from their shelves, it became clear that they do not stand behind the items they sell. When an item failed within the warranty period, I expected Lowe's to facilitate an exchange or refund, but they refused to take any responsibility.
If they are going to stock cheap products, the least they could do is hold the manufacturers accountable for the promised warranty period. Instead, I was left with a defective item and no support from the store. This is unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when shopping here, as you may not receive any help if your purchase turns out to be faulty. Very disappointing!

I am always greeted with a smile and great customer service. I enjoy going in and seeing what new projects I can start and the team members at Lowe's are always more than helpful and knowledgeable. From picking out paint, storage containers, patio and appliances, I just enjoy my local Lowe's and its staff

I am boycotting Lows due to their policy change of not allowing product returns with no receipts for store credit. I will encourage my Family, Friends and acquaintances to do the same until Low's revises this policy. I understand that Lows made this policy due to the risk of the dishonest people stealing products and returning them for cash but for those of us that are honest this is not acceptable!

I would avoid this store at all costs. Very rude employees who think you owe them something. Go to Home Depot.

Always enjoy shopping for lawn and gardening.. Needs to hire more staff though.. Customer service is still not quite where it should be for a big BOX STORE l!!!

Products are good but customer service not good. I came in with a concern. I was calm and the lady at the customer service counter told me what I wanted to do was not possible. Her friend said she has worked there two years and it cannot be done. I told her I had it done just this January and she said Nope and dismissed me with a roll of her eyes. I asked for a manager and she said "Oh my God I don't believe this" and treated me like I was a Karen. And rolled her eyes again and spoke under her breath about how stupid this was. I never raised my voice. Why is it if a person disagrees with someone else they are treated this way. I explained everything to the manager. He said it definitely was possible. We completed the transaction. He apologized for the lady and said good help is hard to find. I think I am going to shop somewhere else. Like I said the products are good but no one deserves to be treated like that.
