Monique is awesome. I have issues getting bloodwork from most places. I've seen her four times, and she gets it done the first time, everytime! In addition to being skilled, she is always pleasant.

This is an awesome location. They get a ton of traffic but the ladies here are efficient and deliver consistent, excellent customer service. This is my go to location and I’ve had many blood draws and being a tough stick they get it done on the first try with no discomfort and they are willing to go the extra mile as needed. Keep up the great work!

I recently visited this facility for a scheduled appointment and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Despite having a 9:30 AM appointment, I was not called back for 50 minutes. When I asked about the delay, the front desk worker pointed out the number of people in the waiting room, as if that was justification for poor service. A significant delay in service is a symptom of poor management, not an excuse for it, especially given that your system is appointment-based. If overbooking is a routine issue, I recommend adjusting your online appointment process and allocating more time for each test to prevent such overbooking.
Additionally, the front desk worker was unprofessional, loudly munching on snacks and rattling the ice in her drink, showing no interest in expediting the process as the waiting room grew from 3 to 10 people over 20 minutes. With only one lady conducting tests in the back, it was clear the facility is understaffed and poorly managed. Other Google reviews reflect similar experiences, indicating a systemic issue that needs urgent attention.

I was dreading getting my blood drawn cause of my deep veins, but the phlebotomist did a great job! The only issue is the wait because they don't have a dedicated check in person, so the providers have to switch between tending to the wait room and providing the service. The staff do great at handling both, but when there's a rush it takes a minute to process everyone. As long as you know that going in, it's not a big deal. I didn't have an appointment and was out in about 45 minutes.

Rude! Not helpful. Scheduled appt. Yet like a doctors office 30min delay. The assistant taking blood was polite. USE QUEST or other.

Okay, so it is only 2 lady's. But I went to the one in Suwanee last year and they had atleast 7 to 8 people staffed & was there over 6 hours for a drug test. Got there at 11:40am, 20 minutes late from my appointment. Tested me at 12:10 & was out the door by 12:20pm. I know it was probably to go to lunch but they doin the lords work coming in everyday and dealing with hords of us people on their own with little to zero corporate help.

The staff here is incredible! I was the first person signed in but there was a problem with the computer system. The woman at the front desk called me up, apologized and explained what she was going to do to fix it. It took about a half an hour but she checked in with me every 10 minutes assuring me I hadn’t been forgotten. The second the computer system was up I was getting my sample drawn. Fantastic customer service!

Worst place. People don’t want to work. Says closed for lunch at 12:30, I get there at 12:10 and they won’t take me till 1:30 because they stop taking people at 12. That is not posted anywhere. And the woman behind the glass gets smart and says that what the door says…actually comes outside all smart and checks and has to eat her words. Her attitude was atrocious towards me for pleading to get me in. Business need to have their drug screen somewhere else.

This facility is filthy. No other Lab Corp has ever been this dirty. Trash is on the floor. Dirt is everywhere. There are only 2 people working there, and the one doubling as receptionist and tech was rude as soon as we entered. Not a smile. Just pure snark. When the first technician (friendly one) could not get my blood, she called the other woman in. Monique was her name. She questioned me about where I absolutely can no longer be stuck as if I was lying. When I told her my arm was painful with increasing intensity, after I had already flinched some, she snapped that "it shouldn't hurt that much." It shouldn't, but it most certainly did. I have had consistent blood draws for 28 years. I know what is normal and what is not. She accused me of criticizing her due to my pain, snapped off her gloves, and stomped out of the room. Will not return, and if you are a hard stick, avoid this place.

This place switched to appointments only a few months ago. I made an appointment yesterday morning 24 hours in advance and received my confirmation email. Showed up this morning to a clinic that closed down. They need to disable web services.

We checked in at 9:30am and the entire process was so slow. I understand people have appointments but at 10:43, they called in someone who had a 10am appointment and then a few more in between. As of 10:45, we still had not been called in. One of the lab techs is also handling front office and that puts only one person as the tech.
LabCorp needs to add another person here to help manage the crowd. This was full - with people standing around and waiting.
I do not fault the people who work there. They did what they should do.

Very rude staff and unnecessarily long wait times. My favorite phlebotomist is gone and all the new people seem like they don't care.

The RUDEST people working there! Please chose another location if you don’t want to be treated terrible. They don’t know how to talk. They don’t know what is respect.
I don’t know why labcorp hiring such unprofessional workers. I will never come back to this location.
