This Kroger location will neither increase the self checkout lanes nor will it staff enough associates at the regular checkout lanes. So, yes, be prepared to wait even if you have few items to checkout

I went to the store for a product that was shown in stock online. I searched the store in the given aisle for more than 10 minutes but didn't find it. I went to the customer service to find some help. The people behind the counter told me, "It showed the Aisle number go to the aisle." I told her I searched the aisle and didn't find it. She said, "Then we don't have it. The website is always not up to date." She does not even want to double-check their stocking system.This is a community grocery store. How can we trust that they will provide good products when their customer service doesn't service customers anymore?P.S. Check the reviews of the past year before you go to the store.

When compared to other Kroger stores I visited, this one had less produce like freshly cut onions, pico salad, etc.- That's what I felt. May be since I visited in evening most could have been sold.Another interesting difference with other Kroger stores is that the entrance away from billing counters is one way you can come in, but going out on the same doors would ring an alarm. Did not see such a mechanism in other stores.Billing is quick and easy. Lot of parking options. But the road and intersections are very busy most of the time. Give ample time for your shopping.

I love this location. And yet again, they surprised me. You know what? It ain't so bad being a single dad shopping on Christmas Eve. I got a new reindeer friend for free, and everything you see here was only ~$120! Took my time and used a bunch of coupons and I have just about everything we need for cooking for the week.

Large market which carries most everyday items. Not my favorite but still has most items. To get a cart, put in a quarter and it unlocks the short chain. Bring the cart back, insert the chain and get a quarter back. Made an extra 50 cents. Haha

The employee, Alex ( who called himself “manager” and so as two other employees, have discriminated against a young foreign couple at the customer service center. Neither of those 3 Kroger employees have not asked for IDs, they just “ assumed” that these customer-couple might be too young. This store employees don’t treat every customer fairly. “ the manager”, Alex was extremely rude, did not explain the policy ( which did not exist a month ago when I was here with another group of people for exactly the same service). A pure Discrimination based on race and origin, and the age at this case.. You don’t assume that someone is underaged because someone looks young. You - verify, but do not mistreat and discriminate.. After this horribly experienced, we went straight to Publix, and there was an absolutely different Treatment . After, we explained what they are here for; Publix staff member asked for IDs and proceed to service this family in respectful and professional manner.If anyone had a similar issue ( discrimination, not following the same policies with every customer, rudeness )At this particular Kroger store, please, it may be a time for a collective complaint so Kroger corporate either start implementing better employee training or shall reconsider who they hire or promote to the “managers”..It was a situation with a few witnesses this time, and another group of people who can testify how they were treated a month ago, at exactly same store - customer service desk.Alex , the “manager” needs a lot of training ( on a few policies and just basic US laws) or he should not to be put in front of the customers, otherwhise he may bring a serious fine or even a law suite on his employer, one day!

I wish I could give them zero stars. Beware when ordering cakes! I ordered a cake for my husband’s 40th… 5 days prior to the pick up date. When I go to pick up the cake, there is no cake. I show them the receipt with instructions on decorations and everything and they apologize but they don’t have the cake. They try to sell me different cakes that are not even similar. I wanted the Tuxedo cake because it is my husband’s favorite… the only reason I walked into a Kroger. The manager was completely useless… a not helpful at all. The poor guy at the deli counter was trying to make it better. The lady that I ordered with was called multiple times, to no avail. They gave me an I undecorated cake… half the size I needed… and they CHARGED me for it. Nobody took responsibility for the mess. They were lucky that I was desperate since I was heading out of town with the cake and my smallKids were both waiting in the car, otherwise there would have been more repercussions. Absolutely awful customer service. Never again, Kroger, for me or my friends and family. Costco tuxedo cake it is fromNow on. Very, very disappointed!

Ki, the white lady with black frame glasses working in the money service areais not friendly and helpful at all!! She has been rude to me for at least 3 times in last 2 weeks. I asked her about the fuel points, price doesn’t match and I can’t find digital coupon in the Kroger app. I definitely know how to use Kroger app. They are all system glitches. But every time, she was not helpful at all and told me that’s my fault. I think either Kroger needs to train the employee more or she is not qualified to work in Kroger.

Just came back from visiting this Kroger. Worst Kroger experience! The self checkout line was 16 people long, and no one cared. Finally the manager George comes out (I thought to handle the long line, nope!) and goes directly to flirt with his girlfriend walking right by the long line not giving it a second thought. When I tried to make him aware of the situation, he brushed me off and went back to flirting with his girlfriend! Wont' be back to this Kroger again!

The specials signs are always a gimmick. If you want to lower the price, just lower the price. Why should customers download your app, scan your QR code, and do more steps to get the discount. And then the clerk asking you to walk all the way back to the products and take a picture of the discount sticker; told you he would give you the discount anyway; and then denied what he said after I completed scanning all the items. very bad customer service and unpleasant shopping experience.Other than that, store is clean. Price is okay. I got what I wanted.

Great atmosphere in this supermarket, prices are a little higher than other places. The produce is fresh and perfectly ripe, and a large assortment and variety. Store is always clean and not crowded.

You guys should be ashamed of your management for conditions of the bathroom. The smell is horrible for a grocery store that is highly unacceptable. Clean the bathroom specifically the one in the fron of the store.

Such an awful place. So dirty! Used the restroom. Sink is broken. Water on floor. And soo dirty. Parking lot has bigs holes in it. Carts not working. Outdated foods. Self checkout has nowhere to put things. Only self out. Or maybe I cashier with a long line.

I got 5 star gas service from Deanna . I was having a problem with one of the pumps and before I could look up she was already next to me assisting me without me even asking.(WOW) her customer service exceeded expectations and I just want the ? world to know how she went above and beyond for me . Thankyou again sweetheart ? Your hard work did not go unnoticed.
