The idiot packer put items on top of eggs. Lost a few. Also missing spaghetti sauce and rice. Kroger has stopped the good service. The bare minimum is gone.

Pretty good discounts if you shop smart, for instance, I just got a Ben & Jerry's pint for 2.99 with the coupon and the app. Overall you can get $1 or so off certain items like strawberries and grapes of you go at the right time. You can also earn a few pennies off gas. :)
Not as convenient as just getting the discount outright, but with a little effort, not bad.

Old food! Today I purchased two egg noodle packages only to fine that one expired in March 2024. This is not the first time I have found expired food here. One time, months ago, they had stale tortilla chips, and I am talking months since expiration. It’s a shame, we have to worry about our food sources as it is, we should have to worry that our groceries are expired AT THE STORE! Smh

One star for my experience today at usually my store of choice.
Pushed buggy up to check out and started unloading. My chashier, Dai was going faster than I could keep up. I am a short little 80 year old so some things in buggy were hard to reach. 2 bag boys stood at end of counter talking completely ignoring my struggles. I ask Dia if she would ask them to help unload cart and she did. This is the second time recently I have had this experience. If the policy is for bag boys just to bag the groceries then maybe an unloaded of carts should be hired too.

First time visiting this location, and it was very pleasant. The staff were very nice, welcoming and friendly. Found everything we were looking for, unlike Walmart in which every shelf is empty. A definite recommend to this location and I will be back.

The front end Cashier AnnMarie is way too argumentative and rude. She looked at me and stated “is this Instacart” and before I can answer she said “i can tell your Instacart” which I thought was very rude and bias. Then she proceeded to argue with me about if the order was online or curbside and I told her neither. How rude, predjudice and ignorant was that. Kroger customer service has to get better.

The self check out is awful lines back up. When scanning your produce or your groceries, the system keeps asking you to get the attendant. The attendant is patient and very helpful but Hass to run all over because of Kroger‘s poor system.

I have to tell you, I was going to the same pharmacy for 22 years in Maryland and I’ve been going to Kroger for three years here and I never had such an outstanding pharmacist as that is at Kroger pharmacy on route nine. He is absolutely incredible. He feels my prescription like right away even when I don’t need him right away, he is so personable and he works so hard and I don’t know how to get it all done. He is a huge asset to Kroger and now I know why I am so lucky that he came here from another location. I have to say I thought I missed the drive up window at CVS, but heck no, it’s worth it to see his smiling face you every single time I go in. I highly recommend it.

This Kroger location will neither increase the self checkout lanes nor will it staff enough associates at the regular checkout lanes. So, yes, be prepared to wait even if you have few items to checkout

I went to the store for a product that was shown in stock online. I searched the store in the given aisle for more than 10 minutes but didn't find it. I went to the customer service to find some help. The people behind the counter told me, "It showed the Aisle number go to the aisle." I told her I searched the aisle and didn't find it. She said, "Then we don't have it. The website is always not up to date." She does not even want to double-check their stocking system. This is a community grocery store. How can we trust that they will provide good products when their customer service doesn't service customers anymore?P.S. Check the reviews of the past year before you go to the store.

When compared to other Kroger stores I visited, this one had less produce like freshly cut onions, pico salad, etc.- That's what I felt. May be since I visited in evening most could have been sold.Another interesting difference with other Kroger stores is that the entrance away from billing counters is one way you can come in, but going out on the same doors would ring an alarm. Did not see such a mechanism in other stores.Billing is quick and easy. Lot of parking options. But the road and intersections are very busy most of the time. Give ample time for your shopping.

I love this location. And yet again, they surprised me. You know what? It ain't so bad being a single dad shopping on Christmas Eve. I got a new reindeer friend for free, and everything you see here was only ~$120! Took my time and used a bunch of coupons and I have just about everything we need for cooking for the week.
