Kroger is a one-stop shop offering thousands of quality food and household products, from fresh produce and meats to dairy, home goods, and pharmaceuticals. It is the closest grocery store for many customers, providing good overall prices and savings. The store is generally well-stocked with everything you need, and some locations include amenities like a Starbucks. However, several recurring issues are noted. Price tags tend to be wrong or items do not ring up properly at checkout, leading to overcharges that customers must actively seek to refund. There are also reports of expired products on shelves. While the store manager is highlighted as great, very nice, funny, and helpful, many other staff members are described as not friendly. Checkout personnel often have side conversations, fail to greet customers, or do not smile, making the experience feel impersonal. Some employees, however, are thanked for their patience and helpfulness in specific situations. The store hours have been reduced, now closing at 11 PM, which is disappointing to some. Customers advise being cautious, checking receipts and expiration dates, and ensuring digital coupons are prepared before shopping.
Ziana deserves a shout out, always happy and has something positive to say every time she rings me up!

You need to do better. Customer checkout is a nightmare. Not enough cashiers and most people are forced to do self checkout. Only 1 open cashier at 10:30 on a Sunday morning, this is not customer focused at all. Profit focus is evident. Kroger do better.

Buying produce here... is an experience. This was the third time these last few weeks I tried to buy Jicama here - instead, I had to go to a different store. 2 stars for consistency.. consistency of having ugly/shriveled up produce.
