Never doing pickup here again. They told me it’s “not ready” over 3 hours after my pickup time. It wouldn’t allow me to even check in if it wasn’t supposed to be ready. Now I’m stuck here with other groceries from another store waiting for them to bring my order. This store has gone completely downhill. It used to be my favorite store. I’ll have to find another location.

There is an old miserable wrench that works in customer service. She hates her life. She hates her job, and she hates people. Yet Kroger puts her in customer service. If you go up and ask her to help you, she scoffs at you, it’s nearly impossible to get a rain check. This is my fifth complaint about this woman to Kroger.

This location has gone so far down it's horrible... Everything from quality of meat and produce to the atrocious customer service... I've shopped there almost since it opened... It's sad. But I'm switching stores....

Love this place. Everything you may need you can and you will find here. Great weekly deals are always available. Store is always clean and in an orderly fashion. shelves are always stocked and in order. Produce and meat sections are always clean and spotless. Staff is always friendly and respectful. Check out clerks are quick and knowledgeable. Staff at the self checkout are always friendly and ready to help. The staff at the pharmacy is the best, very caring and professional.Thanks Kroger for an awesome shopping experience every single time.

Suwanee GA Kroger needs help. Not clean. Stuff on floors. Buggies block exit.
Check out staff not polite. I had to grab all my bags from far side where cashier bagged them. Not 1 bag slid over or any assistance given. Sad! No one behind me. Very unprofessional Kroger. Time to switch to @Publix

Good deals. Good assortment of flowers on Valentines, though the best bouquets were pricey (like $60). But they had deals all the way down to $10.Otherwise, standard, nice Kroger.
