I have always had a great experience here. They text me when my prescriptions are ready, I pick up and I'm on my way.

The simple act of picking up refills here has become an exercise in frustration. Don't even try to use the online refill form because apparently, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, an ongoing problem that no one at Kroger seems to care about. You would think 2 days would give them plenty of time to process a refill for a quick pick up. Nope! Still had to wait an hour and a half. And to top it off, I believe they suddenly stopped taking my insurance. Definitely time to transfer to a new pharmacy!

This Kroger team is great! They're always so helpful and kind and even gave me recommendations on where to go and what to do when one of my prescriptions was on backorder.

Don't come to this location! I had booked an appointment online for my two kids to get the covid 19 vaccine , everything got confirmed. When we got here, one child of mine couldn't get his vaccine because they said they don't have any stock without letting us know, even though we had an appointment. The other child of mine was supposed to have his primary shot for covid, the doctor almost gave him the booster bivalent, lucky I noticed something wrong on the vaccine card and I asked him before he started to give my child the vaccine, so they switched it. But something happened after the next day, the pharmacist called to let me know what the vaccine that they gave to my son is too strong, they supposed to diluted it first before they gave it to the kids but they didn't, they told me don't let my child to get the second shot of his primary, just get booster after two months but for sure I don't trust them. I checked with my child pediatrician. Everything found out that my child still needs to get a second shot of his primary covid vaccine. I asked them to update the vaccine card for my son about what they did, she said it was ready, I can pick it up anytime. But when I am here the next day, nothing is done. I have to talk to the pharmacist about what happened. So the pharmacist and the doctor that are here today have to take over again. IT'S TOO RISKY TO COME TO THIS PLACE!

Do not go to this pharmacy! I made an appointment online for a kid vaccine booster that was confirmed. But when I got there, they said that it was no stock. They had no clue why I was able to make the appointment and didn't notify me that they were out. Another child of mine was given an over dosage of vaccine for his initial shot. I don't know what kind of operation this pharmacy is running but avoid this place. There are many other pharmacies worth your business then this one.

When I arrived at the pharmacy and gave the date of birth to the young woman, she told me that it was not picked up on time, and I had to wait an hour. I asked her if it could be less in a not very cordial way. He told me no and that I couldn't wait there at the counter. I asked him if it could be less than an hour because I was waiting for my 82-year-old mother. He told me no, he wants to leave. He will come another day in a very derogatory manner. His name is AURelion.

Very poor customer service and they cause massive delays on getting your medicine. Over the past 6 months I have had about a dozen different doctors(between me, my wife and our son) send in prescriptions and EVERY SINGLE TIME when we go to check on the status of the order we are met with the pharmacy saying “we didn’t receive anything”. So not only is there a delay in getting our medicine, but we then have to call the doctor and ask them to call in our prescription over the phone because for whatever reason - Kroger’s electronic system randomly doesn’t receive orders. I have pointed this out to the staff many times in hopes of getting it fixed, but nothing is ever done about it. I have been using this pharmacy for roughly 20 years and over the past year they have really gone downhill. I have finally reached the point where I have to find a new pharmacy because I just can’t trust them with my health or the health of my family.

Delayed prescription fills, days after they claimed it was ready for pickup - generally difficult staff (depending on who you get). Kroger in general in good, would not recommend this specific pharmacy though.

I can't say enough good about this pharmacy. I am a type 1 diabetic. I was struggling with getting my insurance reinstated through COBRA. The pharmacist gave me my glucose sensors and said she would wait for the insurance to get straightened out. She didn't have to do that. The prescription is almost $400 without insurance. That's going above and beyond with an actual human approach! Kudos!

Went in to fill a prescription, they said they would check if they had it in stock. All the she did was whisper something to the pharmacist and said no, we can’t fill this prescription. Never went to go check anything.

Terrible and dangerous!!I am a retiring physician and practiced medicine for over 40 years. I have dealt with hundreds of pharmacies as a physician and a few as a patient. I have never written any review for any pharmacy in my life. I am compelled to write this one because I feel this pharmacy is horrible and placing the safety of patients at risk because of their incompetence and lack of professionalism.First of the staff refused to acknowledge that the physician had called in prescription even if the physician had called twice. On the third call from the patient, they admitted that they had the order at least for five days. Then the staff told the patient that they would have the medication ready on a specific date then didn't either call the patient or the physician that they had decided not to fill the prescription because they felt “uncomfortable” with the directions and quantity of the medications. This problem could have been fixed with just a call to the patient or the physician. In the meantime, the patient was almost on his last pill. Without the medication, the patient could have easily ended up in a dire medical emergency. When the physician called again to clarify, the lady was rude, unprofessional, argumentative, and totally ignorant about the medication. When I called to ask about the situation, with the patient's permission, I encountered the worst interaction with the pharmacist I had during my practice. She seemed unable to have any rational conversation, was ignorant about the medication and the procedure. The doctor finally gave up and called Walgreen Pharmacy, and the patient got medicine filled within an hour.I don’t know how these places stay in business with consistently incompetent, unethical, and downright dangerous behavior.

I was handed professionally and quickly with documentation of my vaccination. Had good conversation the quality visitors to this pharmacy. I bought a Moderna vaccination tshirt online outside of Kroger and I think everyone should, who is vaccinated.
