One of the most helpful pharmacy experiences I’ve had in a long time! Bailey is a gem! I had a complicated prescription situation where I needed something quickly and it had been transferred out to another pharmacy. They helped to get the prescription back to the pharmacy so my son could get the medication he needed the same day. Thank you!!

This location is super Slow! 2+ hours to fill a prescription. Also need to relocate Sam the technician who is checking all the prescriptions in and ringing people up at the register. He is very difficult to work with.

Called my refill in on Saturday. Monday after work it still was not ready. Was told it would be another hour. Brought a scripts to the pharmacy. They said the could not get it it. It was no longer made. CVS got it for me the same day. The doctor called in a script for a medical device for my husband... after 3 days of waiting, they canceled the order because they could not get it. They did not bother to notify us. I ordered it on line that night at 6pm from a diffrent source and it was delivered the next morning at 430 am. I do not know if the staff is incompetent or just lazy but this is an awful place to go if you actually need something.

This locatIon has no clue as to what a " FRESH HAM" Is!!! If you don't know say so.Dont make the customer appear like they are crazy!

The Pharmacists are excellent and responsive. Staff seems at times to be more intent on non direct customer interaction but most times are helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this pharmacy!!

Beside target Kroger is my go to grocery store they always have everything I'm looking for and the staff is extremely friendly and very helpful I love Kroger store and will continue to shop there!

Worst Kroger I've ever been too. They are standing outside 20 minutes before closing informing people they're closed. Even though they state their open u til 8pm today.

Wish I could give 0 stars.And I will go to publix from now on for bakery items. I came in to order a large sheet cake for my daughters 10th birthday party. It wasnt last minute, it was to be picked up 6 days later...The employee who "helped" me was named Jennie. First she told me that I shouldve ordered it earlier, because they need 7 days at least for special orders.had a sorry attitude and didnt act like she wanted to help me. When I asked questions about the cake sizes and servings she was short and impatient with me,kept looking at the clock. Not to mention she reeked of cigarette smoke. I asked her if someone else could help me and she said she was the only one there in that dept at the moment. I told her nevermind and walked away...I was in produce shopping and overheard her talking to another employee about the "****** that wanted a big cake made and how she (jennie) didn't have time to fool with snooty bitches.I immediately left and contacted the northlake office to file a complaint. She shouldnt be working in public, And she should absolutely do something about her hygiene.whew!
