This Kroger for some reason thinks it's ok to have those aggressive Spectrum salesmen confront you right when you walk in the door peddling their cheap slow products. They also removed the multiple self-checks and replaced with just 3 along with 2 conveyer belts. They stack sales items right where you would need to line up for these causing a lot of confusion. So not only are there limited self-checks now, but you also have to argue with other customers about which ones you were actually standing in line for. Horrible design. Either add more selfchecks, remove that island of snacks blocking them, or open some registers.

I bought Coca Cola product and Water melon in this store. When I got home, since I had family visiting, I brought out water melon and coca cola product to serve them. The water melon was so old and sour that it was hard to believe that Kroger was selling such a product. All Coca Cola product was so old that product expired in 2017. Please pay attention to all Kroger product. When I went to return the product to the store, I was greeted by the customer representative Julia. When I told her about my frustration with the Kroger product, her response was. Sir i am not growing water melon and i am manufacturin Coca Cola product. You will get your money back and that's it. This individual represents Kroger. Wow, how is possible that someone like Julia can be a non-professional in such a position. Just put yourself in my position to understand the time I used to buy, to load, to drive, to unload, to serve my guests and the shame I had to go through because of Kroger products. Don't go here please. Publix is 1000 times better. Even Walmart. Saving couple dollars shouldn't be always the case. Please find other stores. I'd like to talk to Kroger representatives regarding this store. Please contact meRegarding this. I have more information regarding yours unprofessional customer representative.

an employee at this store chased my daughter out to my car and accused her of stealing . after we emptied the contents of the bag she realized she had falsely accused her and proceeded to tell me the next time my daughter tries to purchase something and changes her mind then she needs to tell her . no apology or anything . I let her kow my daughter doesn't have to tell her anything . she didn't not take anything , she owes the store no explanation for why she changed her mind on a purchase she didn't proceed with. I kindly walk in to speak to the manager and he looks at me listens to what I have to say and just walks away and throws his hands up. again no apology . this is a 10 year old girl we are talking about that has never been in trouble in her life she was embarrassed humiliated and very shaken up by the incident. what crazy to me is even if the employee thought my daughter with shoplifting she had no right to Chase my daughter to my car and argue with me in front of the store about what she feels my daughter could have done differently . It's obvious the proper training is not given to employees. the situation could have been much worse . I am not going to allow this to happen at a store I have been giving my money to for 10 years . What a way to gain a beautiful innocent child because your misrepresentation of her more than likely because of the color of her skin.

This has become my new Kroger as it's the closest to my house. First -- I did not know Krogers now close at 11, which is disappointing! First they cut back from 24 hour ops to 1AM and now 11pm? I blame COVID.Anyways -- I've been to this Kroger before but I'm not super familiar with it. I still probably have to give it time but just the unfamiliarity with it docks it down a star for me.From my previous visits, it did have everything you need -- it's a bit of a drive from my house which is shocking because I'm so used to having a Kroger less than a mile distance, but I hope to come back with an updated review once I get used to this Kroger!

Be aware of your costs when you check out. I went back for a refund of $1.75 for 2 items not ringing up properly.As this does not sound like a lot, if they continue over charging from time-to-time that money adds up!!! I don't think this is on purpose, just be aware.Also, as everywhere now, nobody on staff speaks. I got a 1/2 smile from 1 woman, but I initiated. She still didn't speak.The store Mgr here is great!! He's a very nice, funny & helpful man!!! I see him on weekends whenI shop for the week. I don't know his name.OK store, pretty stocked & they can't help how $$ items have gotten. But, if they would smile & provide shoppers with a good experience those costs probably wouldn't sting so much.Stephanie & Lisa didn't even greet me with a smile when I needed my reciept looked at. Stephanie was put out that I broke away to ask her to assist a nice man in line & rolled her eyes at me. Lisa was working hard to get me taken care of & thanked me for my patience as I left- she redeemed herself!!Get your coupons & digital cpupons together, put on a smile & go shopping.Have a great day!!!

the Starbucks manager should be fired. How can you not have a drink and when the customer gets there you just say "oh you'll get a refund." How? When? The Starbucks manager wouldn't even give a receipt and laughed and said "oh yeah that won't be ready for another couple hours." She is a joke of a manager and should be fired. It's one thing to not have a drink but then say "call corporate" and lie and say a refund was given when it wasn't. 2nd time this has happen with the same manager. She is truly a pathetic manager

Today was my first time ever using government help to pay for my groceries I am a first time expecting mother and Mrs. Jacqueline was the perfect person to aid me for my first time with WIC I let her know when I got to the line that it was my first time and she immediately knew how to help me She went over the products with me before checking me out to make sure I grabbed the right things-- which I didn't , and she was more than happy to go back to check which items were for WIC and which weren't She made my experience amazing. She even let me know how to tell which products are WIC approved because most of them are marked on the prices, which helps me so much I forgot to bring one essential thing to complete my transaction, and she was more than patient with me to retrieve that thing back at my home. When I came back she welcomed me back with a smile. Although it took a little long to finish my transaction, she made sure to make me feel like I was not a burden. She was just the person I needed for my first time using government help. I really appreciate you Mrs. Jacqueline. Thank you for your help!

For some reason I've often thought that all Kroger stores were built the same for the most part. I went into this store and I was lost! Had to go get my second covid vaccine which I didn't get my first from this store. By the time I walked in there I had to ask where the pharmacy was. I'm used to the Kroger at Dacula Rd and I must tell you, I was really lost. I'm glad that I didn't have to shop that day because what I was used to seeing I didn't see. Very clean store I might add. From the deli to the beer and wine, everything is in different places. I guess that would take some getting used to, only if I frequented the store.

I shop at this Krogers frequently however I will never purchase Kroger ground Turkey again! On 2 separate occasions the meat was spoiled. I've told the manager twice and nothing was done. He said he was going to check the meat and I literally watched him rearrange.the meat packages and went on with his day.

Horrible service! “Good morning, how are you? Thank you” all gone unanswered by the employees I ran into except one, a young girl who helped me. When I was done with my shopping the cashier decided to wait till I had every item on the belt, scanned 15 items and THEN told me the line was for 15 items or less. What a joke! When I apologized because I truly didn’t notice (new in the area) and started taking my food off the belt, she told me with an attitude that she would continue because she had already started. She shoved the receipt at me with the same attitude when she was done. I rather drive a little further to publix from now on.
