We called in before doing a tour to ask if space was available we spoke with (Ashley the owner) for my three year old and we were told that space was available and for us to go online and schedule a tour to visit the school. We did exactly that on 11/15/23 and upon doing the tour it was never mentioned that their was no longer any availability in the three year old class. Ashley the owner gave me the tour and told me at the end of the tour that she no longer had any room for my three year old child. When Ashley mentioned that their was no space available I knew she was not being honest based off how she said it and her face expressions, but I didn't put up a fuss about it and gathered my child and left the premises. I am unsure once meeting me in person why this decision was made. My son was eager to go see the class, he pulled on the entrance door excitedly trying to get in, but it was locked so Ashley says to him "can you wait and allow her to open the door". I felt it was rude but I didn't say anything and allowed her to still give us the tour.My friend Alicia was also interested in enrolling her three year old in this school and spoke with Tiffanie on the same day 11/15/23 and mentioned she has a three year old aswell was told that space was available and to schedule a tour online to come visit the school to enroll her child. I was floored when she called to tell me she was told that their was an opening and I was told differently. Tiffanie did hear the owner Ashley tell me that no space was available because she was in the same room making coffee as we exited and told us to have a great day. Although it may not be racism, the denial was based on something discriminatory. I wonder what criteria is used once the child is introduced to determine if they will accept or deny the child entrance into the program. However my time was wasted and I am extremely disappointed.

Lack of supervision "teachers" are to be watching the kids on the playground instead of watching their cell phone. My son has been bitten not once, but twice that left marks. Also the teacher "Cry out in frustration "(per email sent by kiddie academy) at the 4 year olds in class. The last straw was picking up my son hold his arm crying and in obvious pain. And the teacher said dad he hurt his arm.Appeared that they didn't even look at it.Then give me a hard time about being upset about it.The one of teacher is the "Directors" daughter .DON'T USE THIS PLACE.tadpoles noteGood evening,I would like to inform you all of an incident that occurred during center play. The Pre- K class as a whole was not following Ms. Days instructions to clean up the centers to transition to the next planned activity. This incident cause Ms. Day to cry out of frustration. The children apologized to Ms. Day after Ms. Lucia had a conversation with them about showing respect. Please have a conversation about using our listening skills when the teacher is giving them directions to follow. Thank you so much for your understanding of this matter.Sincerely,Ms. TiffanieAcademy DirectorSent via AcademyLink by Suwanee

The level of professionalism, care, & passion the staff have at this daycare is unmatched! I started my baby here at 2.5 months old as a new parent. They were so compassionate & kind and I built up a trust with the staff who are great at communicating with parents in person & with the Tadpoles app. I also loved that I could check on my baby via livestream on the WatchmeGrow app. All the staff really understand child development & early childhood education. I would have kept my child enrolled here as long as possible if it weren’t for my husband getting a job out of state.

Posting a 1 star due to not being able to reach anyone at the front desk. I have called 3x, different days, left voicemail & website inquiry requesting information on kindergarten tuition to enroll my son. If they don't answer for me now , makes me wonder how they would if my child actually attended this school. Unfortunate seeing as it has such high ratings, but being able to communicate with a school is very important for me as a parent.

Both the employees and the management are very professional and keeps the entire building very clean. There a lot of fun activities for the kids and they seem to learn a lot while they are there.

Excellent and loving environment! The moment you walk into the building from the director of the school, managers, stuff at the front desk to the teachers - everyone makes you feel like you are a family.

I cannot recommend this preschool highly enough! From the moment we walked in the door, we were impressed with the warm and welcoming environment. The teachers are caring, attentive, and skilled at what they do, and they have created a curriculum that is both fun and educational. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff goes above and beyond. Five stars all around!

I've been taking my nephew here, and it's an absolutely amazing day care. The owners do an extremely good job of staffing qualified and respectful teachers. It's also located in a great area. Would 100% recommend if you're looking for a day care in the area.

I recently had the pleasure of enrolling my niece in Kiddie Academy, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. From the moment we first toured the facility, I could tell that this was a place where my niece would feel safe, nurtured, and happy. The staff at Kiddie Academy are truly exceptional. They are warm, welcoming, and highly skilled at what they do. I was impressed by the level of care and attention that each child received, and it was clear that the staff had developed meaningful relationships with the children in their care. The facilities at Kiddie Academy are top-notch. The classrooms are bright, spacious, and filled with age-appropriate toys and activities. I loved that my niece was able to explore and learn in a safe and stimulating environment. One of the things I appreciated most about Kiddie Academy was the emphasis on communication. The staff were always available to answer my questions and provide updates on my niece's progress. It was clear that they cared deeply about my niece's wellbeing and development.Overall, I cannot recommend Kiddie Academy highly enough. If you are looking for a loving, nurturing, and educational environment for your child, look no further than Kiddie Academy.

We have no hesitation in recommending Kiddie Academy to anyone in need of childcare. Their great facilities and attentive personnel truly have been a blessing. Everyone at the academy prioritizes the needs of the kids, as well as that of parents. They have also developed a curriculum that entertains the children and prepares them for their continued education. Kiddie Academy goes above and beyond to provide apt care for the kids!

*UPDATED* - My son has now been at KA for 1.5 years. He is almost 2 yrs old; knows 11 colors, numbers from 1-20 in English, 1-10 in Spanish, 5 shapes, many vehicle types, and articles of clothing, among other things. I give kudos to the teachers and administration for helping my son thrive.————-Original review: My 7 month old son just completed his 4th week @ KA, he was their inaugural infant, lol. We love it here. I love getting the daily reports and pics; makes me feel good that he has a full agenda each day and is learning new things. The owners and staff are very friendly and make you feel like family. I was apprehensive about daycare because of COVID but they are very clean and follow safety protocols. Highly recommend.

Several staff members have quit because it is un professional. Staff is burnt out and tired because they lack support from the front office. Owner is arrogant and only cares about money! They have gone through 4 directors already! (Laura, Meredith, Heidi and Keisha). Although 3 of them quit, they truly were not happy there. Do not be fooled by the nice building! They have only been open a year and all of their original staff members quit except 3 people! I went home crying every night after working here!
