tell the truth i rarely talk to this agency. so that reason i do not have any strong opinion but in rare occasion that i have called to aske a question or so, they have been helpful. Also they have reached me to re-evaluate my insurance need which i consider it as sale pitch.

always have good service from Jim Johnson: My only complaint is that Allstate like many companies keep trying to tell me that bills come via email. Well not to my email, no matter how much a company insists. One legal way of sending a bill and that is via USPS. :-)
