I found a really great dealership alternative. David and Patrick took great care of me. I went for a tune-up and transmission fluid service. Great prices and they are really friendly and efficient. Patrick and David answered all of my questions and didn't pressure me into getting unnecessary work done to my vehicle..I will definitely be going back to get my car serviced and repaired in the near future. I highly recommend Japanese Auto Repair in Suawanee.

After just finishing the repair and reviewing the repair cost details, I found that a mark-up that was much higher than the selling price on Amazon or online companies was applied to the price of parts for repairs. It is estimated that JAR applied a margin of more than 50-70% to the selling price on Amazon or other parts companies. It's like a rip off.
You charged 140$ for 4 pcs of spark plug, able to buy them at 47$ from Amazon
In fact, the JAR is not purchased from Amazon.
Even if you don't, if you google it, you can immediately see that the price of the genuine product is much cheaper than $140.

Today was my first visit at JAR. I will say, I’m very impressed with how professional the staff was during my visit. Every question I asked was politely answered and it made me feel comfortable knowing these guys are the real deal. I went in to have my 4Runners transmission fluid drained and filled, and the vehicle shifts better than ever. They also informed me about my front diff plug being loose (tightened it back up), which saved me a huge headache down the road. Their attention to detail does not go unnoticed. I will be coming back again for the same service, or anything else im not comfortable doing by myself in the future. I will recommend anyone to visit this shop. Great work JAR, and thank you for the meticulous work!!

I specifically asked for conventional oil change and only got charged for $100, but the receipt says full synthetic, so I didn't mind paying the extra. But their window stick says my oil change would only last 5000 miles. Now I really don't know what kind of oil they actually put in my car.

Took my mothers Camry here for a brakes. The customer service was excellent and they quoted me a great price on factory original parts and now her brakes feel like they did when the car was new. Will definitely be bringing my own vehicles here from now on.
