I came to J Z Jewelers to repair a gold bracelet, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. This family-owned shop is such a gem! The entire family was so sweet and welcoming. They fixed my bracelet quickly and with great care. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely be back for any future jewelry needs! Highly recommend!

JZ Jewelers is a family-owned fine jewelry establishment. As you step into the showroom, look straight ahead and past the jewelry counter, where you can peer through the glass into the design workroom. There you will find two handsome gentlemen, Juan Zapata (owner) and his brother, David, busily setting diamonds and other stones into any one of their large selection of unique settings, including custom-designed creations.
When you visit, you may be greeted by the charming Omaira (Juan & David's mother) or the lovely Natalia (Juan's daughter). You will be intrigued by the exquisite selection of necklaces, bracelets, watches, earrings, diamonds, sapphires, rubies, emeralds, citrines, opals, turquoise, and much, much more. If you don't see what you want, just ask because they will most likely be able to get it for you.
Even if you are there to simply buy a battery for your watch, or need your wedding ring cleaned, they will treat you as if you are their most valued client--because you are! They have built their reputation on quality jewelry, superb customer service, and happy clients. For this reason, CZ Jewelers has been my family's go-to jeweler since we moved to Suwanee, GA in 2007.

Juan did a great job making my engagement ring for me. I brought an outside ring in and bought a moissanite stone from him. He was able to replace the original setting for the stone and set the stone in the ring in a timely manner and reasonable cost. The ring turned out beautiful and I was very pleased. I would recommend this place over a large chain any day.

JZ Jewelers does excellent work, and with very personalized service. I've had a pear shape diamond mounted for my daughter, and a solitaire engagement ring set for my wife. I highly recommend JZ to all my friends and colleagues.

After I gave birth my engagement and wedding rings wouldn’t get over my knuckles. They did a great job, had a fast turnaround and the rings came out beautiful! My husband then wanted his ring replated and they were able to do that too. I highly recommend this family owned business!!

Look no further if you’re reading this, you’ve found the jeweler you need! After having a bad experience at a chain jewelry store, I decided to go local. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for finding Juan! He is extremely deserving of all these other 5 star reviews. Having gotten recently engaged, I needed to get my ring sized down, and not only down but 2 ½ sizes down!! While Juan said it’s not impossible – it would be a complicated job because it's such a large gap between sizes and the type of band I have potentially posing a problem. He asked if I could leave my ring with him overnight so he could study it. He was upfront about the risks and potential issues yet also very knowledgeable and seemed confident he could figure out a way. I kid you not, I get a phone call the very next day with him saying he was able to resize my ring. I excitedly went to pick the ring up and it is so beautiful. You can’t even tell it’s been resized and it fit my ring finger flawlessly! Ahhh!! He has a customer for life out of me. He is very gifted and skilled in his craft and I will forever be thankful to him for saving my ring and making this experience lovely.

I took my wedding rings to be sized after my arthritic nuckles made them uncomfortable. When I got them back 2 days later they were like brand new rings! They fit perfectly and the professional cleaning made them sparkle just like new. Reasonable price and fast, friendly service. What more could you ask for?!
