Not enough great things to say about Tim and John and their crew. Impeccable work on my Honda Element and made sure it can keep on chugging along with no rattles or squeaks at 200k+ miles. They fixed up all my issues in 2 days and had parts there next day. Their prices are fantastic, they are communicative, and they try to save you money where they can by only doing necessary repairs.
If you are looking at nearby shops like Japanese Auto Repair, just skip them and come straight here. They got me diagnosed in an hour, had an estimate for my approval ready and had parts coming in the next day. I rode off with my car feeling brand new.
Am recommending this shop with no reservations. These fine folks got the job done honestly for half the cost of other places, and they’ve established trust. I will be sending my family here knowing I can trust them to take care of them too.
Also, these guys are just smart. Instead of replacing my entire vapor canister which is pricey, they replaced the solenoid that was causing the short for a fraction of the cost since they saw the rest of it was in great shape. Saved me $900 there alone!
John, you are the last of your kind and will be missed when you retire. Tim, thanks for taking up the mantle.

First off the service here, incredible and truly makes you feel right at home. Tim and John were exceptional in fixing my 2008 Ford Explorer, communicating step by step on the many issues I was having. I not only would refer my friends and family but urge everyone to go check them out for any of your car/truck repairs!! Very professional, knowledgeable, straightforward and efficient!!

The guys are great, customer service is excellent and they are the best prices around. Even when they cannot beat a price, you know that you are getting the best service. I have had 4 BMW's and have been coming here for years. Always consistent and know me and my car will be taken care of.

Great job-great price! Tim and John are awesome. Great Customer Service!
They were very helpful and replaced my fan motor resistor in 4 hours. This was our first time here, and we will use them in the future. What I like about John (Owner) and Tim is no-nonsense or sugar coating. Straight to the point on the issues I was having with the SUV. I will use these guys' services again.
I highly recommend!!!!!!

The people seemed nice. However, I was not told that they were not capable of serving my mini completely due to not having the proper equipment. I was told I needed to go to the mini cooper dealership where they were able to communicate effectively with my electrical system. Had I known this on the onset? I would not have done the recommended repairs but rather gone directly to the dealership. I was only told on exit.
The people are nice. However, it is unquestionable that they will act in their best interest.
Again, the people seemed very nice but the place was very slow.
They also recommended replacing a three hundred dollar item.... that I know was not broken prior to going in because I checked the antifreeze tank myself only days before.
I went to this place because I had such good reviews. It seems imperative I take the time to share my experience.

This place is a hidden gem. We have brought all of our cars here for years and never been unhappy. They do the work required, never try to upsell you, while pointing out things you should think about in the future. They have kept several of our cars running over 200,000 miles at the same time taking expert care of our new models as well. Would not think of going anywhere else.
