Place is pretty rude to be honest. Low morale guys that work the battery exchange. And when you think about it they only offer 1 year warranty with receipt of course. And for a used 80 battery that they are only claiming a minimum of 600 cca’s, you really are only kicking the can down the road. Not wise economics and the customer service really isn’t worth the encounter.

2 of the nicest guys I’ve met in a long time. Stopped in to have my (2) boat batteries checked. 1 was totally bad, the other had a bad cell. The batteries were driving me crazy, trying to charge them. Very informative and personable.

I called and gave the lady the battery specification of what I need she gave me a price I said yes. When I got there it was $22 more.You have to stand in the wind and cold to get serviced, a older lady I would say in her 80's asked for to get het watch batteries replaced(I guess she were there before like me) She asked if she could come in and read her book while waiting she was told to go to her car. I'm sorry for me this was really unprofessional and rude service.Good buy Interstate batteries that's not the way to treat customers.

I Don’t recommend anyone to come to this business (as I won’t be a returning customer) Due to when you call in and give them your information and the product you are needing they give you a quote and once you arrive they charge you something totally different for the same item you just called about and when you question it they just respond with : I’m not sure what your talking about ? and obviously you have no choice but to pay what they are charging since you already drove all the way to their store !!!!

The kid there has no clue what he is doing. He brought out the same wrong battery three times, which was bad enough except every time he went to the back to get another battery he was gone for five to ten minutes.
