My daughter and I are both patients here and have been extremely pleased. My daughter has a medical condition and has seen many doctors. This office has been the most responsive and helpful of any we have been to.

Very quick in and out for annual checkup. Less than five minutes after arrival called to exam room. Took basic readings and Dr. was in immediately thereafter. Waited minimum time for lab tests and similar for X-rays. Similar experience for last twelve years. 100% recommendation for all their staff. Thank you, IMAJC.

I highly recommend Internal Medicine Associates of Johns Creek. From the moment I made my appointment to the time I left my appointment everyone made me feel at ease. The entire staff are friendly and caring.

I Loved this practice 10 years ago. Returned recently after having to leave due to insurance change. Unfortunately, my experience was not good returning as a patient in 2023. Very poor communication between staff. Unreturned messages and phone calls. No communication from Dr. Benson herself regarding lab results and patient questions regarding that lab work (she has medical assistants do all of her communication now). I had Lab results that never posted and an RN named Kimberly said she’d mail results due to “an issue with their IT dept”— those results never arrived in my mailbox. They were needed for a referral which was also never made, as promised. The front office staff is amazing but the medical staff is quite cold, insensitive and apparently overwhelmed. I attempted to communicate this directly over the patient portal, but received no response. I truly wish this experience was better but I just won’t be able to continue care at this practice, as I prefer to be treated like a person instead of just a number. Based on my experience, I feel that this has become just another practice that puts #’s and $$ over quality of care.

It is hard to determine a ranking because the doctors, NPs, and staff at this office are very nice and competent. I have been a patient over 6 years and was pleased until the pandemic. They have a policy (still as of 9/27/22) that they will not see patients in person who have any Covid symptoms unless they have a negative Covid test. If you have any potential Covid symptom (that is a large list) or if you have Covid, they will only see you for a telehealth visit.I completely understand reticence at the beginning of the pandemic and of course caution to this day. However we are over 2.5 years into this pandemic and I am struggling to understand the point of having a doctor who will not see me in person if I am sick. In my opinion, when you are sick with a disease that can impact breathing is exactly the time you want to see your doctor in person.I asked if they had one designated side entrance sick room where they would see patients with Covid like symptoms or if they would see you in your car, but they do not have either options. I chose to be vaccinated and boosted, so this is not a commentary on that. I simply want to be able to see my doctor in person if I am sick. Even my children's pediatrician has been seeing sick kids for 2 years.When I spoke to them several times about my concerns, they assured me they are comfortable treating any suspected or confirmed Covid case through telehealth. They have a large elderly patient population to protect so they are not willing to risk anyone coming in and impacting those patients. I understand their position but I respectfully asked them to consider the other side of that - I lost an elderly relative to Covid because his doctor would not treat him in person and by the time he went to the ER, it was too late. :(If you are very cautious and would take any measure to avoid exposure to Covid, then this practice would be a good fit for you. If you have taken the steps you can to protect yourself and others but also want to see a doctor in person when you are sick, I would choose another practice.

Dr Benson and her entire staff is excellent never been turned down or refused or anything. And her knowledge in medicine is superior to anybody else I have gone to. It’s the best office for medical help anywhere Mary McGraw

TERRIBLE….. we try to make an appointment with Dr. Aileen M. Norden, MD, since December.They told us to wait and call back on February (we patiently did) Finally we call back of February , we get an appointment for June (great) I imagine this doctor has to be amazing, so we waited and delay almost 6 month our general check up, to see this doctor in this practice.Our appointment was the 3rd week of June and They call us the second week of June to let us know that the Doctor has change last minute and will be working somewhere else that week of our appointment , leaving hanging LAST MINUTE all of her patients.Not only that but the next available appointment was at the en of July.!!!!!!!a month later.We accepted, and we said ok, let schedule for July, they gave us the END of July ,our appointment is 4 days from today FINALLY (after so long waiting) and they call us to let us know the Doctor is not Working there anymore (not 2 weeks notice??…unprofessional ? ) and that the next available appointment will be in SEPTEMBER !!!!! With another doctor,Totally a Joke, they can not even HONOR the same week I had for that appointment……so my advice to you ….no even bother calling this practice, they have no sense of consideration. They think is ok to call people 2 or 3 times when they appointment is coming up to reschedule them 2 or 3 month later !Come on people, is about health!

I've ben attend this location for over 5yrs Dr S. Lewis she very patient & if I cant visit with her I'm able to see another doctor for another great Doctor from this location..

Avoid this office as much as you can. A month ago I left a voicemail for them and never got a response. When I called and asked why they said they never got my message. Two weeks later my wife made it to their office and they refused to see her and they told her one of the nurses was not available but we never got any communications via text, email or phone call.

Dr. Benson has been taking care of me and my mother for over ten years. She is very knowledgeable and caring. She was on top of things during my pregnancy and communicated with my Ob/GYN. Thank you to her and her team.
