Horrible Experience. I bought a car that had work done with at this shop that had failed already. They took it back to have it covered under warranty. my car was there for a total of a month for nothing to be done. 15 days the first time, 15 days the second time, to never be told by the company that the part was now no longer under warranty. Looking over the history of the vehicle was suppose to have been done before telling us to come in or once the vehicle arrived, but no, they withhold giving you the information to force you to give them money. They never told us the vehicle was not under warranty until I was on the way coming to get the vehicle since no work was performed. The manger was rude as heck, never had written or verbal consent to do a diagnostic, but would not release my vehicle without paying. the manger told me the car was there for 4 days and then seen and he said it with confidence. after myself and the worker told him that's a lie, he mumbled and hide behind the computer monitor. They will nickel and dime you just to try to get money out of you from doing absolutely nothing. Horrible customer service, I've talked to the car dealership I bought the car from and they will no longer be using their services either.

One of the best repair facilities in the city. Got my Jetta diesel sport wagon back to me in a timely fashion. Took care of me and explained everything going on to make me feel comfortable and aware of why the repairs were needed and the way to go about it. I was not pressured into fixing it even after the diagnostic which was a big surprise as in the past that was always the case where I used to get my car serviced. Thank you to Kenny, Nick and the staff! Will definitely be back!

Dear CarFax Customer Service,I bought this BMW M3 Coupe VIN:XXXXXXXXXXXXX based upon a clean no accident CarFax report given to me before I purchased the car from Iconic Auto Group in Georgia, affiliated with Iconic Performance (Same Ownership). On 8-28-23, the day I paid for the car, the new report shows that the car was in an accident. I believe the dealership gave a intentionally fraudulent representation of the car and waited until they were paid before they put the insurance claim in for the repairs. The DOJ needs more information on this report. Please see inquiry filed on the Carfax site.The dealership's owner refuses to return calls, had to send him this email, maybe he'll return it?Meo/Mehmed,Imagine; you’re finally in a position to buy a car that you always wanted. You do your research based upon the trust of the dealership, the salesperson, the posted CarFax that reads 22,000 original miles with no accidents and an inspection by an expert recommended by the dealership.In good faith you pay for the car and drive it home. During the trip you notice some odd issues and you dismiss them as being unfamiliar with this model, i.e. can’t operate the cruise control, a squeak, a growl, a rubbing noise, etc.You really like the car and you take it in for a checkup and service. Then you get hit with a surprise, the BMW tech tells you that the car has been in an accident, has been highly modified and has mechanical issues that a 22,000 mile car should not have.You try to contact the dealership but the salesman hides behind texting and doesn’t take your calls. So you do a little online research and find that Mehmed Hadzic is a principal in the dealership but he also does not return your calls. You do some more research and believe that you’ve bought a car that now has a CarFax accident reported on the day that you paid $XX,XXX.00 for the car plus expenses. You try to reach someone at the dealership looking for help, you get a bunch of inconsistent stories from the sales manager "Sej" and no response from Mehmed the owner.Now, you’d prefer to speak with the owner to try to work something out mutually. So, you write this letter in hopes of a response before you hire an attorney. Generally the attorneys make out better financially than the dealer and the consumer.You hope that someone from Iconic has morality and cares enough that they return the call.

The customer service and attention to detail is top notch at Iconic. They’re trustworthy and really know what they’re doing when it comes to performance vehicles. They took very good care of me and my car and really went the extra mile when I came to my peace of mind. I will definitely be back.

Lawyer Up!" I believe that the Sales Manager Sej at Iconic Auto Group intentionally & fraudulently misrepresented and sold me a 2002 BMW M3. They are associate with Iconic Automotive and Performance. I asked to resolve the situation and they sent me their Lawyer's contact info and Mehmed wouldn't call me back. They gave me a Carfax that reads 22,413 miles and "No Accidents". I took it to a BMW Certified mechanic, he stated "no way, probably more that double the mileage, needs $10k in mechanical repairs, plus it has replaced body parts/panels and repaints". On the day I paid for the car the CarFax read that an accident was reported. I believe that Icon waited until the car was sold before they put in the insurance claim. Sej also gave me a dubious Iconic Performance invoice showing rod bearing replacements that were done by BMW under the factory warrantee at 7,000 miles when I insisted that Sej give me written proof. Based upon what I and the BMW Tech believe is that the milage was compromised and now with a CarFax accident recorded, it's worth half of what I paid Iconic. "Lawyer Up!". PS: One Star was the only choice. PPS: I recommend that you do your homework, check all negative reviews, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Carfax, Georgia Board of Used Car Dealers, Georgia DOJ, Georgia S.O.S., Atlanta BBB, NICB-National Insurance Crime Bureau, US -DOJ, Georgia Attorney General, Have the car Pre Purchase Inspected (PPI) by a non-associated inspector.

I don’t mind driving 45 minutes to the shop because of their honesty and great service! I am still awaiting completion of repairs so until then, I am unable to give a feedback, however, I would like to acknowledge the professionalism of Mr. Kenny who is working on my vehicle. He understands my disappointment with the warranty company, Performance First (Worst company ever) and he is doing his best to reinstate my vehicle in a working condition. Honest with fair prices. I’ve had multiple services done by Iconic to my BMW X3 from oil change to wheel/alignment adjustments to major engine repair. The guys at Iconic explain precisely what work needs to be done with detailed pricing (no hidden fees). They are knowledgeable & customer friendly. I really like the follow up texts & printouts with the repair details & prices. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Iconic for future servicing.Services: Steering & suspension repair

I’ve been searching for a shop that would be willing to service a side view mirror for our Audi Q7 for almost a year due to the grossly overpriced estimate I received from the dealership. I happened to pass Iconic leaving my daughter’s middle school and decided to search for their information. I reached out to them and they stated that they would take care of the mirror replacement.The job was accomplished in a timely fashion and was definitely reasonably priced. They also provided a thorough complimentary inspection of the vehicle and discovered that we needed a new battery. Not only did they have one in stock, they were able to replace the battery as well.I definitely will be returning to Iconic for additional work on our Audi as well as my truck. Check them out! You will not be disappointed!
