Pen not holding a charge and store refused to exchange product since it's "been a few days and used" how was I supposed to know, without using it, that it wasn't properly holding a charge? Waste of almost $40.

Tasha is awesome. Every time I come in here the service is stellar and they take the time to educate me if I have questions. Never disappointed.
