I went for my son's haircut today. I told the lady what to do. I guess she did what she wanted and shaved my son's haircut. I told her that's not what I asked for. She said I asked him if he wanted to go shorter. I'm annoyed with this answer, my son is a minor. You do not get consent from him. I will not return, I'm extremely disappointed in this.

We love getting our Hair Cut by Nikki - Super unhappy to hear that she is no longer at Great Clips by us anymore. Keep the people that your customers come in to see and specifically ask to cut their hair! We will have to see where she went and follow her there.....
