My experience with the Go Store It in Suwannee GA was okay at best. First, the website said there was a 10x20 indoor unit available, but once I got there (~30 minutes later) the unit was not available despite it still being listed as available on the website. Second, the “special” online web price (on the company’s main page) was different than the price when it came to reserve and pay. Third, the indoors 10x15 “ground floor” unit that I finally decided on was actually on the second floor, which they did in the end transfer to a real ground floor unit. I still did business with them, but time will tell if I made the right decision or not.

Cherrelle had a wonderful and helpful spirit! She made the check in process smooth. When I encountered a slight mishap with the unit she made the transfer to another unit easy as pie. Thank you Cherrelle for everything!

Booking online was very easy. Customer service was friendly and very helpful. Completed paperwork in 5 minutes and was able to access the unit right away. Facility was very clean.

Dana helped me at the virtual kiosk, and was amazing! She answered all my questions, and even though I was going to check out one other company, her willingness to make it as easy as possible to rent right away and her excellent customer service made me confident with the immediate decision to stay at GoStoreIt in Suwanee.

I’ve been a long time customer of this location, and I’m not sure what is happening there but the quality has been terrible for the last several months.
You can routinely now find broken service doors, non-functioning and non-operational elevators, and customer service reps who are rarely willing to help or offer solutions.
It’s disappointing because before this year these issues were rarely present, so not sure what has changed but certainly some action needs to be taken.

Booking unit online was easy and Nicole (I believe was her name, sorry if I'm wrong) was great. Made paperwork quick and easy.The cleanliness however inside definitely could be better. Some parts were pretty gross with trash and leaves. And the floors definitely need redone.Also no bathroom available to use unless someone is in the office.Disappointed that there isn't 24hr to my stuff which is very inconvenient since I work during normal operating hours.

Safe and very clean place to store my stuff. I would give them a higher rating if I was able to get access to my storage unit at 5am instead of 6am. I would however wrecked recommend this place to anyone that needs storage space in Suwanee Georgia
