Jeff and his team are knowledgeable and detailed in their explanation of repairs needed for my SUV. I brought them a repair estimate from my old mechanic and Jeff informed me that some of the services listed were not needed and gave me better prices for the required repairs. I'm going to be a repeat customer and highly recommend this business. ???

I just needed a quick oil change and they did it for me as a walk-in in under an hr. It also saved me a good chunk of money compared to the dealership. I’ll definitely be back.

I went in to do a PPI on my vehicle because I was in the process of selling it to my friend. They came out and told me my thermostat housing was cracked and leaking coolant. Complete lie. I’m well-versed mechanically and could see in no time that it was completely fine. Also, the quote was $900 to fix it. Absolutely ridiculous. I could do the job in 30 minutes myself with a $20 part. The car has also since been looked over by other private mechanics with not ONE mentioning the thermostat. So, why would they do this? To take advantage of people who aren’t as well-versed as I am when it comes to cars. DO NOT take your car here. They’ll run your wallet dry even if your car is in tip top shape.

This is how good gateway is. I pop in on them on a busy day, there was no way they could do my oil change I wasn't in crisis mode in fact I went another time I want to say the day after but I was late and they were swamped. you have to trust people that are working on your vehicle once you find someone that you trust better hang on tight. This group is wonderful, caring, and once again the best. I wish he was in Jefferson.

Jeff and his crew take care of my and my family vehicles (8 cars). Trustworthy, dependable and always helpful. On the older cars he will ask about used parts when appropriate and will give us a good overview of pro/cons and cost involved. I recommend him to all my friends.
