I’m not big on reviews (especially if they are mean). But I called for a simple printing question (I wanted to know if they had an inkjet printer so I can print onto transfer paper) and the staffer didn’t realize she was not on mute when she asked the question and the manager proceeded to make fun of me and laugh at my question. C’mon man, common courtesy? We are all trying to do our job. Don’t make it so difficult.

Never coming to this location again. Very rude and not willing to help. Dropped off envelope and still not able to track my envelope. It has been one week already. They lost the envelope and never scanned the envelope in. Poor customer service

I visited this store because of the surly attitude I endured at your Johns Creek, GA location. I went in there to make the same print order but the person helping me was short, seemed agitated by my need to make a single 'test' print before needing to make adjustments. I went back today to the Johns Creek location and was told I would need to come back after lunch as there was only one person working. That is when I left to go to your location on 3370 Lawrenceville Suwanee Road, Suwanee, GA. Thanks to team member Aniya, my experience was stellar! She was patient, very helpful and, in my opinion, went far above and beyond the 'service' I received at the Johns Creek location.Kudos to Aniya FedEx...she makes your company better!

I needed business cards and in a rush. I called this location and Leona answered in a happy manner. I let her know what I needed and the tight timeframe. She walked me through the process.What was delivered exceeded my expectations. Leona worked with the designer to explain my request and some changes during the process. The designer took what I said and let their creativity flow and it far exceeded anything I could have imagined.Leona worked diligently and despite equipment malfunctioning. She even went to another store to get the cards done in time for me.This experience was great and I will be returning to get my business cards upgraded, which I didn't have time to do, in the next few weeks. I look forward to working again with Leona.

I will never come here again. I shipped a phone from this FedEx to another FedEx in a different state. Package arrived without the phone in it and since FedEx was the only middle man, it had to be an employee who took the phone from the box. Tried to report this in the store and they said to go through customer service, customer service sent me back to the store. I was never issued any kind of compensation or refund and I’m sure the employee who stole it got away with it. I would feel a little better if they had at least tried to help me but I guess they didn’t want to deal with it.

Deja took the time to assist me in returning a package that I received back to the sender. She was extremely courteous and made conversation with me while she worked. This was the first time I ever felt so comfortable and welcome at a FedEx location. I’ll definitely be returning to this location to work with Deja again!

I was there to drop a package. It took more than 30 minutes with only a few customers as both the clerk and the manager had no urgency at all. Thus, will not go back to this location as they have no concern for a customer's time.

Wow just wow! Akeem the store manger has absolutely amazing custom Service and clearly he is A professional multitasker he runs his store with Ease you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door and by the looks of it he is an amazing trainer and LOVES WHAT HE DOES there is this amazing young lady named Zacky it looks like Zaki is still in training and Akeem is going to get her ready for success Zacky also has amazing customer service I went to get my two notebooks spiraled and at the register she try to add on it upscale asking me would you like any candy will you be needing any additional notebooks spiraled will you like any of our beautiful journals or planners after I said no thank you she asked will you be needing anything will you be needing any other services while your here Way to go Akeem and ZackyThe team environment is absolutely superb as Akeem was going back to start in my books Zacky said hey I can do that is it ok if I tried Akeem said absolutely he gave her directions and let her know to inform him if she had any questions more customers came in with boxes and he knocked it out and went over to grab one of the books that were ready to spiral and he got that book spiked in less than 10 seconds it seemed BUT..... Zacky noticed how he did it and without asking questions she Spiraled the last book perfectly When Akeem finished with more customers he went over to check on zacky to see if she needed assistance little did he know she was done and getting ready to hand my book to me he was surprised and you could tell he was definitely a happy manager and zacky girl you are definitely a self starter if I can give you 10 stars I would and the place was very clean a wonderful environment great job guys

I needed to send documents internationally. Jenn assisted me and made the process very easy and efficient. I was in and out in minutes. So much better than using the post office who kept sending back in line to wrap every single seam in the envelope in tape. It was more costly than I anticipated but I have every confidence it will get there, and in just a few days.
