I have been trying for seven days to place a vacation hold on a package and have not found a way to do that. I called the store and went through the automated menu, several times, but did not find that option, even though it’s offered by FedEx. Deeply disappointed with this level of service.

I visited this store because of the surly attitude I endured at your Johns Creek, GA location. I went in there to make the same print order but the person helping me was short, seemed agitated by my need to make a single 'test' print before needing to make adjustments. I went back today to the Johns Creek location and was told I would need to come back after lunch as there was only one person working. That is when I left to go to your location on 3370 Lawrenceville Suwanee Road, Suwanee, GA. Thanks to team member Aniya, my experience was stellar! She was patient, very helpful and, in my opinion, went far above and beyond the 'service' I received at the Johns Creek location.Kudos to Aniya FedEx...she makes your company better!

I was greeted immediately and advised the young woman that I had a return. I showed her the return information emailed to me. She printed out a label and gave me a receipt. In and out, in under 2 minutes. PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

This place is the worst. I ordered my food paid for it through app and was told that I had to come in and in which I put down Drive thru so I would not have to go in. I got to the drive thru was told to come in. I got out of line to find the door was locked. I got back in line 45 mins for a prepaid order. I got back inline and told them that the door is locked and the girl in drive thru started to pat her head and point her finger blaming it on the manager, but the point is good understanding and customers service and they have none of that and I will never go back over there, no everyone is ghetto.

I needed to send documents internationally. Jenn assisted me and made the process very easy and efficient. I was in and out in minutes. So much better than using the post office who kept sending back in line to wrap every single seam in the envelope in tape. It was more costly than I anticipated but I have every confidence it will get there, and in just a few days.
