I am a regular shopper at this gas station, I come here almost every morning on my way to work. Yesterday, 5-18 i stopped to get gas. I had a one dollar off gallon of gas since I’m a rewards member. Couldn’t get it to work so I went inside where a older gentlemen with grey hair and a beard was behind the register. Told him I couldn’t use my rewards, and he responded, “Your guess is as good as mine, lady,”. And told me he was new and the only one there, ok I get that part. However referring to me as “lady” was rude and inappropriate. Please emphasize the importance of customer service to new employees!

Absolutely love this store and the energy the morning crew brings every morning, especially Chaylynn and Arric. They definitely make sure to greet everyone when we walk in the door with a big smile. Chaylynn also knows how to make sure that we are always well taken care of every visit at this store, also happy that DP is back. Wouldn’t trade this store for anywhere else!

I don’t typically visit this gas station, but I dropped by recently. My type 1 diabetic husband was hypoglycemic. I rushed in to grab a drink for him since his blood sugar was dangerously low, and he was sweating and feeling very sick. There was a long line at the checkout. I asked the cashier if I could cut the line and pay for my items because my husband was having a medical emergency or if I could run out, give him the bottle and then come in and pay for the item. The cashier nonchalantly told me that nope, I’d have to wait my turn and there wasn’t anything she could do. Honestly, the lack of concern was disgusting, especially given there were three cashiers and if she had truly wanted to help, she could have helped in multiple ways. Exxon, I expected better customer service.

Customers aren't valid or wanted here. This location keeps selling to minors and keeps breaking the law, and the only way to buy tobacco products here is to SCAN YOUR I.D. per management. That's how they sell your personal information. This is the only location in the State of Georgia or the country where i can't buy tobacco products with a valid I.D. and without having to scan my Drivers license for my personal information. STORE MANAGER SAID SO. Btw my face is full of grey hair, and my old looks don't qualify or count.

It is my obkigatia stop on the way home, the attention of its staff is very good, I get what I want, from beers, sweets for children and much more... you can also try your luck with the sale of lotteries hahaha

This is the only store that always have zero sugar Gold Peak Tea in stock! ???Don't get the hot dogs though, because they don't rotate them out and the cookers don't look clean. ?
