I could not believe that the way I took my clothes in, I thought it was impossible for them to clean, when I picked them up, they looked like I just came from Dillard's Department store! We’ve been customers of Esquire cleaners for almost 2 years now. Never a single problem! We’ve had them dry clean specialty rugs, bedding, down comfortables, formal attire, business wear, and regular dry cleaning. Love the pull up service. Always friendly. Always timely service. Best dry cleaning service in Suwanee area! These owners make the extra effort to know their customers and treat them like friends. They are less expensive than others, they focus on quality and a quick turn around time. I don’t even have to give them my name anymore, they know me when I walk in the door. If you’re looking for superior quality with excellent customer service, go check them out. It’s a wonderful family owned and operated business.

BE AWARE! BE AWARE! BE AWARE! These people are liars. I took 6 pieces of clothing to this establishment to be dry cleaned, 5 shirts and 1 pant. While there the lady went through my clothes and was very informative about the difference between laundering and dry cleaning. I really appreciated the information. All of these clothes were recently worn and I accidentally got a couple of stains on two of the shirts. Again, keep in mind these all were recently worn AND she went through them while I was there. A few days later I get a text message with a picture showing a hole in one of my shirts. I was out of town so I could not immediately go up there. I replied stating that “I don’t remember a hole in anything while we were there.” And, like I mentioned before these articles of clothing were all recently worn so I clearly would’ve known if there was a hole in my shirt. And why would I bring a shirt to get dry cleaned if it’s damaged? These people really tried to put the blame on me saying I brought it to them with a hole. THEY CLEARLY ARE LIARS! It seems that my shirt got snagged on something and left a two inch rip in the back of my garment. They realized my garments are high end and of good quality because she did state that when I dropped them off, so I guess they felt is was easier to pass the blame rather than take responsibility. You may want to use them when your machine breaks or because they seem convenient, but STAY AWAY. DON’T SUPPORT LIARS. It’s several other cleaners in the area that can do the same job, if not better. Our washing machine broke down and the parts needed to repair it have been seriously delayed due to supply chain issues. I had asked for a referral on Nextdoor for a cleaners that offers wash and fold service by the pound, as my regular dry cleaner does not. Esquire Cleaners did an outstanding job of cleaning and folding our clothes as well as sheets and towels. The owner sincerely cares about the satisfaction of her customers, as she asked me several times if I was happy with the items and beamed with pride when I shared my praise. We will continue to support her business even after our washing machine is repaired. I recommend this business wholeheartedly!

The first time I visited Esquire Cleaners I arrived 30 minutes after they were closed but could not see the hours on the door through the pouring rain, so I ran up to the door then back to my car. Before I could drive off, Shree came out in the rain and stopped me, because she had seen me at the door. She took my dry cleaning and when I thanked her for her extra effort she said, it’s my job! That’s the type of service you can expect there.My dry cleaning was done perfectly and Shree remembered my name then, and every time I’ve been back. Very professional and going forward I will use only their cleaning services and recommend them to anyone.

We moved and haven't purchased a washer dryer set yet. Esquire offers wash and fold service by the pound. They did a better job of cleaning and folding than we do ourselves. They texted me when the clothes were ready and then loaded them in my car. The lady was so sincere. I could tell that our satisfaction was important to her. This was a wonderful first experience in our new neighborhood. Thanks Esquire. We will continue to patron your business.

Really loved this place! The woman working there was lovely and the service was great. I brought in a satin dress that had an oil stain on it and she let me know she maybe won't be able to get it out and that she wouldn't charge me if she couldn't. She ended up getting it out and I was thrilled! They also have a pull up service so you can pull to the side of the cleaners and they can put everything in your car. Definitely coming back!

I called and compared three dry cleaners near my place and Esquire has the best price with the 20% discount for 5+ items. Their service is also right on point. The lady in store is very attentive. I dropped off on Saturday and got back my stuff on Tuesday clean and nice. Very pleasant experience. Would recommend.
