I needed some items gift-wrapped and came here, hoping they might have gift-wrapping supplies. They didn't have wrapping paper or anything, but they offered to give me a gift bag and tissue paper without charge just so I could present the gift in a nice way! I was very pleased with the service and I'll probably stop by again some time to see if there's anything I'd like to buy.

Very disappointed that embroidery was not put where I wanted it to be and no one called me to get permission to put it where they thought it should go. Had they called me and told me they could not do what I wanted I would've picked up my merchandise and taken it somewhere where they could do what I asked. Not impressed.

No one wears a mask. Sadly walked in and back out. Have always found great gifts in past but no consideration for customers when we are in the heat of a pandemic

Such a beautiful and fun store but felt uncomfortable that the staff don’t wear masks- especially since their mask protects us. All the customers were wearing masks but none of the sales staff were- even though they sell masks there! I hope they change their behavior so we can shop their cute things safely

Love my new monogrammed hand towels, hand soap, wood bowl and wreaths! My whole house is decorated with ElleB gifts and I love them all! The flowers I got from you everyone sniffs them thinking they are real! The best place for gifts (yes I do buy for others too)! Laura and Ansley are the sweetest! Love you guys!
