“I called a few businesses in that area that specialize in phone repairs and his price was by far the best. The work and the quality of the repair did not disappoint. He even put a new screen protector on my iPhone free of charge. He even wanted to give me a free case but he didn’t have one that fit my phone. I ended up buying some chargers just to support a local business. He cares about his work and explained in detail what he did which I really appreciated. Although he advised me to get a phone case so I wouldn’t have to come back, I have a feeling l’ll will be and I will definitely be using his services again. Repair was done in two hours flat. “Had a LG fridge go out after 5 years. Just started not cooling or freezing. Called several recommended service companies after reaching out to LG. Tanstel answered right away and scheduled a service appointment the next day. The service technician (John) arrived on time and after looking at unit said he could fix it "now". The compressor had burned out, but was still under a 10 year warranty so the part didn't cost a thing. I was in shock that he had enough knowledge to anticipate the problem and arrive with the parts in his van. He was very professional and polite. Very knowledgable. Had the fridge up and running like new in a few hours with uploaded firmware and tested it out. It has been working beautifully for over a week. Super happy with Tanstel's service and John's work.
