Charged me 3.5% for using a credit card. Didn’t tell me this until I handed him the card to pay. I priced other garages and he was the highest price for my particular repair. He charged me a Mercedes price for an American car. I went with him because a friend recommendation, who has a Mercedes. Won’t take my business to him or anyone else who charges a card fee. This is their cost for doing business. If he was honest, John should have told me about the card fee up front.

Just good ol boys! Friendly and approachable people who want to serve the common car owner with honest rates and service. After putting my truck back together I noticed something felt off and John was open to me coming back, double checking and corrceting any errors without trying to deflect what I perceived. They stand by their work! Just real people helping real people! I'm traveling from out of state so likely won't use them again, but I sure won't forget them and will recommend to anyone. The reviews don't lie!

No customer service - the gentlemen who was suppose to change my brakes and I add a oil change, was very rude, he did not change my brakes, when I ask him why he got mad and said I had an attitude. I stated to him that I was only asking a question. He then told me to speak with his partner when he got back from vacation.

It is so nice to find a business that is nice and honest. Hector helped me today. He is great. Even though they weren't able to fix my car today due to the person who would be able to wasn't there today, he referred another company to me. John and Hector took great care of me. My car was not passing emissions. Not only did they fix the problem at a reasonable price, but they drove my car back to the emissions inspection location for me for the new and approved inspection. Incredible customer service you rarely see anymore. They are now the go to mechanics for my entire family! Thank you guys!

John is incredible! Hands down, this is the best place I have ever taken a vehicle in my 45 years of life. I took my Honda Odyssey because the serpentine belt dislodged, come to find out my AC crankshaft was broken. They discovered this in like 10 minutes, then they located a used part over a new part which saved me literally about $400! Had it up and running in a few hours tops and most of that was wait on the part time. I highly recommend this place, it is obvious they care more about the customer than making another dollar. I will be taking my Honda back to this place for everything.
