The folks at this Discount tire are fantastic. We booked online and paid online. They were able to accommodate the appointment and were very prompt. Place is absolutely clean and they had a good variety of options for tires. The staff took the time to explain the state of my tires and took care of replacing new tires in less than 30 mins.They serve and carry EV tires which was a great advantage. They can provide other minor service options as well like wiper blades but the staff basically is the best ?Free WiFi while you wait and you can actually sit and see your car being worked on

A nice shop for all Tire needs. I am using this location for my tire requirements from 2019. They give nice customer service. They explain in detail on tire issues and fixes.Pros: knowledge staffs, quick appointments , great customer service, prior detailing before any changesCon: A little expensive on certain tires.

I do not recommend this place. I purchased 4 new tires and this is the level of service I received:1. They put a large scratch in my leather steering wheel presumably getting into the car...the manager Tim Yi said "We are not going to do anything about that".2. The lug nut torque was all over the place...some too loose, some too tight. They obviously don't use torque wrenches.3. One missing valve stem cap, one silver valve stem cap, two black valve stem caps (came in with 4 silver valve stem caps).If this level of attention to detail is acceptable to you...by all means, go ahead.

Just bought a set of new tires here today. This morning, around 8AM, I ordered a set of Michelin Defender 2's online and setup an appointment for 1115 today. Their promise is you'll be out within an hour of your appointment start time. I arrived and was nicely greeted and checked in. Right at 1115AM my vehicle rolls into the bay. At around 11:45AM or so, the manager apologized it was taking so long. They hadn't even gone over the hour so no apology needed. At 1202 my vehicle rolls out of the bay and the keys are handed to me. This was a nice experience spending money on tires.Also, if you have ties to the military are sure to get the military discount, it saved me about $60 today.

Another great experience with Tyler and Calvin. Love that every time I stop in or call these guys are ready to help. Stopped in 30 mins before close time and watched them help their customers and were available to help me. Look forward to seeing these guys again. Friendly, honest, and patient.

Have come here for replacement tires on two vehicles as well as a tire patch. Free tire patching and tire rotations, plus very easy price matching on tires and amazing customer service has this as my go to tire place for all future needs. Really appreciate the communication, transparency, and how efficient the team is at this store.

Amazing service today! Had an issue with a leak in one of my tires and Tyler was awesome even though they were super busy. The manager of had exceptional customer service and was helping with everybody’s car just to get everyone in and out as fast as possible. Great job you all!
