I had a great experience here! They were super helpful and not pushy at all! I loved the 40 point inspection, when I picked up my car they gave me a list with all of the things I need done along with a quote for each thing.

Can't say enough good things about Jonathan, Justin and the Speed Technicians. I was traveling from Florida to my nephew's wedding in Virginia in my F250 with truck camper. Got to Atlanta and the truck developed a significant shimmy/ bump in the front. Pulled into the Ford dealer and the service rep said they couldn't check it for 4 days. After telling him my situation, he sent me to Speed Auto Repair.
They quickly checked my suspension and tires and determined I had separation/rolling in a tire. Since they didn't have the ability to balance my heavy duty truck tire, they called Tires Plus and got confirmation that they could fix my problem quickly. Sent me there and didn't charged me a dime!! Hard to find that kind of service these days!
So thanks to all I got to the wedding and all ended well.

Excellent repair experience. Service prompt and professional. Technician was knowledgeable and performed additional inspection not expected. Overall a dealer-like service level without the delays and markup.

I own a 2016 Lincoln 2016 MKZ with less than 50000 miles. I went in for an oil change. Speed Auto not only did the oil change but also did a basic inspection. They documented everything by video so when they saw a problem I could see it. They found I needed brakes - I saw the brake pads were low, the rotor damage etc. and I also needed a new battery - I saw the actual report that my battery was about to fail. It was great to see the documentation and feel that I was dealing with an honest place. Justin and his crew were friendly, courteous, efficient and kept be updated. I recommended them to my sister and several friends already . I will go back whenever my car needs service
