the lines are 30 minutes long no customer service or education about medicine. They need to hire more employees

This is the worst pharmacy in Johns Creek. I gave them a try and had to just giveWhile CVS Pharmacy is a big chain and may offer convenience, my recent experiences with their pharmacy services fell short. The pharmacists seemed disinterested in addressing concerns or assisting with prescription coupons, a stark contrast to the service I've received elsewhere. Additionally, the lack of staff led to unanswered questions and an unexplained deviation in prescription fill durations. As a result, I've switched to a local pharmacy that prioritizes service and responsiveness. It is a disaster

NP was pleasant, seemed thorough, but the prescription she called in was by voicemail to the pharmacy with no Read Back And Verify ( standard safety practice). Med filled was different from med she said she prescribed. No one informed me of a change in prescription. On checkout, it is standard operating procedure for CVS to require the customer sign that they received counselling from a pharmacist, though this does not happen, or I would have known about the switch. Maybe that's the CYA for this shoddy practice. Called the pharmacist to discover they were out of the drug of choice and substituted this one without telling me.

This particular location has definitely been a huge disappointment over the past 6 months or so. I never had issues with my family's prescriptions being filled in a timely manner until most recently. When you have a child with epilepsy and other autoimmune diseases there is no time to be lackadaisical and rude when you ask questions. That is your job as a pharmacist! Additionally, my doctor always has prescriptions written for extra months and it always seems to be an issue filling them. I will be switching my family to a new pharmacy after many years at this location due to the incompetence and lack of empathy at the laurel springs pharmacy. I will say the manager of the store and associates have always been kind and I will resume my shopping there as usual.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this CVS store. On two separate occasions, I encountered significant delays and poor customer service.Firstly, I arrived at the store at 5:40 PM and attempted to apply a GoodRx coupon. Despite having ample time before the store closing, the employee, Greg, claimed there wasn't enough time to process the coupon. He suggested I wait without providing any estimate, leaving me uncertain about the duration.Furthermore, during a drive-thru visit at 6:58 PM, despite being the second in line, the pharmacy was slow, taking longer than two minutes. To my surprise, they closed the drive-thru window without providing me with the prescription. This consistent pattern of long wait times, unhelpful staff, and untimely service has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the CVS store's overall customer experience. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve service quality for all customers.

Worse customer service. I made an appt at minute clinic and was told they don’t take my insurance . So then I went to cvs clinic and after calling my name, ther took someone else before me. I have been waiting over an hour to see someone for a lousy flu shot! People here are incompetent and rude! Do not go here!

I am going to pile on with the last 4 comments about the prescription fiasco. I missed my medication for a week now. Every time I call, they give the same lame reason, medicine is on order. They think they are not obligated to give update to me or my doctor. Very rude on the phone and hung up on me. Please find another pharmacy.

Don't go here. Every 3 months, my doctor sends a prescription for a controlled drug with 2 refills. EVERY MONTH, I have to call the doctor for a new prescription because this CVS says there are no refills! They can't tell me why and it has only ever happened with THIS CVS. Someone needs to look into this.Additionally, my COVID and Post-COVID meds have all had to wait 24+ hours to be filled - one compounded med was flat out put on hold probably because no one wants to sit down and compound it because most of the people behind the counter act like they're somehow doing me a favor to do the job they're paid to do.

I am not sure what is less than a 1 star but that’s where we are at. This specific pharmacy never has RX in stock. Because of that.. I called to see if they had enough of in stock to fill so mine so my fiancé could drop it off on his lunch break. I made sure to confirm the strength, amount needed and advised he’d be right there. 5 min later they told him they didn’t have enough. I immediately called back. When I asked why I was told they did and my fiancé was told they didn’t (after he left work to drop it off since they said they had it) a different employee caught a huge attitude with me, essentially called me a liar and said the other person I spoke to on the phone told me “no.” I walked through all the items we confirmed before letting them know he was otw there and that we wouldn’t have done that if the response was “no.” The rude employee doubled down stating the conversation I was informing her about never happened because she was there too.Idk why the trip would’ve been made if I was told “no.” It’s not like persistence makes things in stock. That would have been the biggest waste of time. I guess they thought we just wanted to visit.I think Rita was the girl I spoke to first. Whoever was working with Rita today is the one who should be demoted to customer as customer service is not her contribution to CVS.And this is why I switched to Walgreens.

This is the worst minute clinic I've ever visited. The black woman treating me kept shaking as she stuck the needle in my arm and it fell out while I bled all over the floor. She claims that she had been doing this for years but could barely even find my vein let alone take blood samples properly. I will never return here and I strongly recommend going somewhere else especially for a service that requires needles.

After several visits, I have found this pharmacy to be below average. The employees at this pharmacy appear to be overwhelmed. Wait times are long. At times, the pharmacist seems irritated. The automated phone system does NOT align with reality when determining if a prescription is ready.

This branch of CVS offers one of the worst services I have ever experienced. I ordered COVID test from them online, arrived on time but could not check in through their computer. After waiting 20 minutes, I was told that I must go to the drive-through window--no such notice was provided in the waiting area in the store. When I went to the drive-through window, a gentleman told me that their technician was not on site, and asked me to come back in 1-2 hours. I came back in the that time framework but then was told that they could not provide the test because of technical issues. I asked the specifics of technical issues. The same gentleman said that their technician could not log into the system and suggested that I go to a different CVS store. I smell lies here--their other services are being provided and a different CVS branch would not have the login problem? Avoid this place if you want a happy experience.

Minute clinic is the worst. We were there twice for COVID vaccine appointments. We had to wait 45 minutes past our appointment time on both occasions. Please do yourself a favor and don't not go to this place.
