The in store purchasing is fine but if you need anything from the pharmacy go somewhere else. Staff is in no hurry to help you. Stood in line for 20 min and not one person was helped and line didn’t move at all!

I’m really not a review person but wow I was treated terribly at this location. Usually CVS is great but literally this one was the worst I’ve ever been too. They couldn’t answer my simple questions, hung up on me mid conversation when I tried to call, slapped the label on the prescription bottle so it was half off the bottom, and barely spoke to me at the drive through window.

New web and app now showing for me. Neither work correctly. I got a text saying that my prescription orders are ready. When I go on the app or to the website and log in it says I have no orders. I used to be able to prepay for them as well. Not currently an option any longer. Not a great experience.

This pharmacy is chronically understaffed and terribly slow because of it. I've waited in line multiple times for over 30 minutes, and yesterday after a half an hour wait I was asked to return the next day. I'm here now and the same thing! After waiting they've asked if everyone can return tomorrow because they're too busy. It's insane.

Embarrassingly bad service.
The line was overwhelmed and instead of opening an extra register there was an employee "helping" at the self checkout.
Standing over customers shoulders and "instructing" them on the interface.
Totally absurd, and it was making the line longer because instead of focusing on the machine customers were being interrupted by the employee "helping" at every step.

This pharmacy sucks! We waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru to get my antibiotic prescription and there were only two cars in front of us but they couldn’t even give it because they’re already closed. It’s 9:05 and it’s not our fault that the service is slow!!!!

This week I went to CVS at 485 Peachtree Industrial Blvd Suwanee GA and I was surprised to see that all the members were new Amanda and Sherry were very friendly, attentive and kind, I asked them for help to check the prices of the products and they helped me immediately, very satisfied with the attention they gave me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for them and of course I came back and of course I would recommend that cvs to my friends

Pharmacy is the worst. Always a long wait inside and drive thru. Poor customer service as well. I’m transferring to another pharmacy.

Never fully staffed all ways short staffed on nights.If you want need to wait 40 minutes to hour to pickup medication.It’s been more then a months.Never fixed issues.

Even in the self checkout line, a friendly, Customer Service, oriented employee approached me & asked if she could do my scanning & bagging for me! I haven’t seen Customer Service like that anywhere in years. Thank you!
