When we got there we found out it had been moved to another store which was frustrating if it wasn’t for the help of Devin. He worked with us for over an hour to find alternatives to what we were there for. He went above and beyond to help us which we really appreciated!”

I had an hdmi problem so I brought it up to Apex and found out they do same day fixes and I wasn’t disappointed. This is a place I would highly rccomend to anyone needing repair in electronics because they are fast and very reliable.”

“These tech guy's really know they're stuff!! Brought in my PS5 that I was having issues with and they fixed it up like new within a week! Also, brought an Xbox Series X that wasn't powering on. Three to four days later, they patched it up and works just as good as new!! They even connect and test it before you pay so you know its working correctly. “My husband had a 3:50 service appointment. We came an hour early and was told by a male representative that someone would take us within 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, we checked to see if we could get help. A Hispanic female was so nasty and told us to come back that no one could help us. Her attitude was so negative. BUT, at 3:50 a very nice guy named Pablo greeted us, helped us and fixed our phone issue. He was courteous, friendly and asked if we needed help with anything else. THANK YOU PABLO!!!”
“I hadn't been to this store in a long time but Best Buy is on of my favorite electronic stores on side of the Apple store. I had to go over one day to do an exchange on some beats headsets that I had. The exchange was very quick and not problematic at all. All of the staff were wearing masks. I try to go in and do what I need to do and leave. If not I'll start browsing the store just to see what I want to buy next.”
