I visited the bank today to request a document. I was welcomed by Pierre Zaytoon who was very polite, listened attentively as I explained my need and then worked hard to deliver what I required. Amazing person with a top notch customer service attitude. Thank you Pierre (and Chase)!

They need to send there toy security Toney money to child support and stop helping him neglect his kids for over 5 yrs...charlie Toney owes over 30,000 to ALL his kids...Stop paying him under the table... Fill the form out and stop covering up for him...smh....Bank doing to much..

Bad management, long wait, appointment no show for 20 minutes. After they invite you in the room for 10 minutes, appointment finally showed up, they kick you out. What kind of service is that?

Invisible Drive-Up ATM. Signs indicate there’s a drive up ATM, even has a green light on the drive-up ATM lane, but alas, it’s just a pad of concrete. Tried depositing money into the invisible ATM, but it just floated to the ground. Looks like I’ll have to take my money to another bank that doesn’t use invisible ATM’s.

This Chase bank has pathetic customer service. My dad opened his account 3 days prior at this branch. When called for certain service, they stated walk-in is OK. When we - with my 75 year old dad - went and waited on a Saturday for about an hour, we were told that since we did not have an appointment, we “maybe “ seen by 2pm. There was no one waiting behind us. My dad instantly closed his account and walked out. Went to Bank of America and things went without any problems. BOA staff even waited after their business hours to accommodate the new customer.

The Indian front desk lady is insufferable! She refused to help print some free checks as a courtesy when I ordered 4 check books. I turned to a banker for help. And then she tried to persuade the banker not to help me. My colleague also had a bad encounter with her. He was helped by a Chinese banker, and this Indian front desk lady interrupted them abruptly with some unpleasant comment. What a control freak!

Poor customer service. Lady did not seem like she wanted to help. Went to bank of america instead to open new accounts for personal and business and they were very helpful from beginning to end.

I went in there for help but I didn’t really get it and then the lady that I was set up to speak to just kept arguing she wasn’t being mean but it was just argumentative either way and I kept telling her just stop please cause you’re not making anything better and she just continued and continued and I just said look I know you’re trying to smooth things over but it’s just making it worse I disagree with you so please stop trying to convince me otherwise it was quite annoying and not her place and if anything she should’ve been more concerned about my situation and not how she felt
