The staff at Caresway Pharmacy is top notch. They really care about my health and my experience with them. I don’t live anywhere close, but it’s worth it for me to use them for my pharmacy needs. Much better than the ordinary drive through experience. Hands down recommend!

Great customer service! Timely refill on prescriptions… great communication about when to pick up medications and friendly staff! My whole family has switched over to their pharmacy and have received much better care as compare to other big pharmacies out there!

First time visiting Caresway Pharmacy. I must say, they are extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Very clean, quiet environment, and not to mention their efficiency. I was processed and out within 10 minutes… medication in hand.I have definitely found my new pharmacy.

This is such a fantastic pharmacy, it's nothing like my experience at any other pharmacy.I switched over to a new insurance plan this year, and with that, came a ton of headaches trying to find a nearby pharmacy where my 4+ prescriptions didn't cost an arm and a leg. After a ton of calls, misplaced prescriptions, and less than pleasant interactions with multiple big box store pharmacies, I finally bit the bullet and decided to try a smaller pharmacy. Based on the costs and closeness, Caresway won out.I called in to have my prescriptions transferred from my previous pharmacy to down here to Caresway and I genuinely did not expect the kindness and patience with which I was treated. From the moment the phone was picked up, I wasn't rushed through or brushed off, they set up my information and there was warmth and care exuding throughout the interaction. They answered my questions and even went above and beyond to make sure that my cost was confirmed and cemented before I dropped by. This surprised me, because they didn't give me the run around of "Call this or that place to find out" that I'm so used to at this point as a college student. They did their best to handle it and took such a huge weight off my shoulders.I picked up my prescription today and walking into the pharmacy I felt the same warmth I did on the phone. The interaction was brief, but so much more pleasant. I get overwhelmed easily, even just picking up my prescriptions, and walking into here I felt welcome, no massive line, no rushing workers, no deafening chatter of a big box store, just a pleasant pharmacy and a very nice pharmacist to help me out.Later, (admittedly a few minutes before closing) I called back with a question about one of my prescriptions the phone was picked up without hesitation, and with no rush, my question was answered, complete with a thorough explanation and an offer to check in with my doctor tomorrow to make sure everything is good!! I was blown away because I'm most cases I'm told to figure it out myself- And hey, maybe I do eventually after 3 million phone calls, but I'm no pharmacist and I'm definitely not a phone call guru. Being shown that consideration and care, to even just be offered some help, means so so much to me, that's what inspired me to write this review.This is so small, I didn't win the lottery or something, but it's these small interactions that matter most in my life. Improvement where I can makes a huge difference, even if it's just in my little sphere of the world, and I'm trying to learn to be happier :)If you're in between switching to this pharmacy, I'd definitely suggest it, such a wonderful change of pace from the usual duck and rush, especially if you're having a lot of the same issues as me.

EXCELLENT customer service!!! I called a few days ago if they had my medication and they placed the meds on hold for me until they received my prescription! They’re the best! So kind and welcoming!

Beyond friendly staff, very knowledgeable in the pharmaceutical industry! Work with me endlessly to help me find a way to save on my medications. Excellent, outstanding customer service! I have had two encounters regarding my prescriptions and they were phenomenal in helping me. On one occasion, as a senior, i used facial ointment incorrectly and therefore did not get the desired results. Once they found out what I had done, they gave me a complimentary replacement! Very outstanding!

We LOVE the “boutique” feel of this pharmacy! Everyone is kind and attentive. But, they are also extremely efficient and fast. Quick processing, easy to order refills, great customer service. I am beyond impressed!*FYI-Because they are new, they are not “in network” with all insurance companies, so costs could vary.

Caresway is the most efficient pharmacy which I ever used. My prescriptions are delivered in a timely manner and I don’t have call or anything. The staff is super responsive and goes out their way to assist when the need arises. Recently one of the medications was adjusted by the physician and I called to notify them of the change and find out how we would account for the adjustment. They had already contacted the doctors office and had a plan in place for me. I highly recommend Caresway.

Brought the whole family to get our flu shot together. 3 kids and 2 adults. Staff was patient, organized and it was the easiest experience. Awesome calm environment.
