First time visiting and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff promptly greeted me and asked if I needed help. The customer service was outstanding, they went above and beyond to try and help me find a shoe. Overall a definite recommend! Only issue was the selection or lack thereof.

Mixed experience. Customer service is hot and cold.
Hannah was helpful, friendly, went above and beyond. The other girl, with curly hair and sunglasses on her head, was passive aggressively rude and we felt uncomfortable around her. She was annoyed that there were so many boxes of shoes out... Shoes that sweet Hannah recommended. And, overall she gave off this irritated, impatient tone when speaking with me. Is this a business? Why should I feel bad for trying on shoes at a shoe store?
By the way, the rude employee had spandex shorts so short that with her shirt hanging, it looked like she wasn't wearing any shorts. I get it's a running shoe store ... the short shorts are not classy and unprofessional.

Javari (not sure about spelling) is very knowledgeable and patient. He explained my foot analysis and what shoes may work best for me. He also confirmed why I was getting mixed results from other foot analysis done at other stores.

Had to buy a new pair of shoes. Hannah was so nice & polite. She was very patient in answering my questions and found the right shoe for me. Would definitely recommend this store.

I needed a new pair of shoes badly and Javaree was the best help to me. He answered every question possible and made sure I got the perfect pair of shoes for my feet! We left with the best shoes and the best service! Thank you Javaree!

Very Extremely disappointed by the customer service tonight. The tall young man that was “helping” me tonight acted sooo put out with doing his job tonight. I would ask for a size and color. He would bring my size but not the color and he would leave me so he could go in the back to chat. I was the ONLY customer in the store. It was so bad that I thought it must be closing time because he seems so annoyed that I’m shopping for shoes. So I asked he said no they would be closing at 8 it was 7:20 but he said WE are working towards closing so in other words he wanted me out of there. When I asked for help in finding a good running shoe he asked what do I normally run, I said I’m running a 5k this Sunday & need shoes. He said OH so not far at all… ok that is far for me.. no need to belittle me. He then went to talk to female worker complaining about how he was in trouble at work for leaving something out… well sir you are clearly a bad employee I know I’m an old female running 5ks not marathons but i matter too as a customer. I just wish people would care about their job…

Love this place. My daughter runs track, she's flat footed, and needed shoes. They asked some specific questions and got her feet sized and let her walk around, run, and we got some shoes that caters to her feet. Extremely impressed! Come here!!

I've been trying to get into running for a long time, but pain in my back and knees has been prohibitive. I finally stopped in at this store after a year of on and off workouts, and Caleb did a foot scan, gait analysis, and consultation with me. I ended up buying a set of stability running shoes and it's a world of difference. In addition, you really can't put a price on the peace of mind a proper fitting gives you when you know you have the right footwear and size. The fitting was free, and I paid less for the shoes than I would have ONLINE. Can't recommend highly enough. Excellent business - I hope you will stop in if you are a runner (or even just considering dabbling in running).

Very friendly staff and great return policy if the shoes don't end up working out after you try them on a run. After a couple tries, I think I've found the right pair for me! Another pro, they sell local honey in store!
