I have had not 1 but 2 extremely positive experiences at Benchmark, both with Pam. My 17 yo son saw her for wrist problems and I worked with her extensively with a bulging disk. It was a long road with PT prior to surgery and then after. I really can’t say enough about how good Pam is at her job. She is the perfect mix of professional & knowledgeable, but also kind & compassionate. She was very attentive to what worked and didn’t and had endless knowledge. She knew my story and remembered every step we took along the way. I felt like she truly cared for my well being. She was able to get me from being in pain all of the time to a place where I am pain free and able to move on with my life. She was not only my PT, but my partner and I felt like we were in it together. I couldn’t have asked for more.

My experience at Benchmark with Pam was exceptional. Her attentiveness to make sure I stayed in from with my exercise was amazing. She is very experience. I needed another area of physical therapy that was not covered by Benchmark and she assisted me to locate a facility. I look forward to my appointments and the great music selection . I would recommend Benchmark at McGinnis Ferry to everyone who needs physical therapy. Thank youPsThe 12 sessions for my back and hips really paid off. I was able to climb the 425 steps at Amicalola Falls State Park on Sunday with no back or hip pain. Thank you, thank you

Pam and her team of PTs did a great job with my rehab. They are very knowledgeable, professional and caring. I came in with very limited range of motion and strength. With their help and encouragement, I have been able to get back to full use of my arm. Thank you all for your support!

Pam at Benchmark is excellent ! The dry needling for my back plus the exercises for my knees really worked I have done physical therapy in the past and have not been as happy with the final results. Pam is very professional but also personable. Angel was very helpful and nice. Christian seemed nice as well. I would highly recommend this Benchmark and the staff.

Pam @ Benchmark is awesome. She’s experienced, extremely knowledgable, ENCOURAGING and positive. I was not looking forward to PT but this has been a great experience (and this isn’t my first PT experience). Be prepared to do the work @ home…but I feel better now than I did before my injury. Thanks Pam!!

Physical Therapy is Physical Therapy. However it's the people who work there that make the difference. MARY the (PT) packs a strong and caring approach to getting down to causes and conditions. I HIGHLY recommend BENCHMARK IN SUWANEE GA to anyone who wants to see and get results to better their situation. It's people like her that make the difference in their craft, for the betterment of the human body. GREG the (PT) at BENCHMARK did an amazing job as well. Thank You all for giving me the BEST help possible.

Staff was always kind and friendly during my three months of physical therapy. They always seemed happy to see me and were very professional in a relaxed way. Definitely recommend this location.

I am a repeat “graduate” of Clinic Director Steven Hightshue’s highly professional therapy regimens. I hobbled in and and weeks later walked out feeling virtually back to normal. Steven is an exceptionally focused healer and I am very grateful to him for his work.This time, after getting me into my routine and constantly monitoring my progress, Steven later turned me over to his Intern, Sarah Ann King. Sarah explained each exercise clearly, it’s reason, and could not have been more attentive to me and my progress. I am thrilled with her work as well. I expect she will be a successful clinic Director herself. Thank you Sarah for helping me and to Steven and Benchmark for making my experience so fruitful. These guys are good!

Staff is very friendly and so does Mary who did my PT. She's very good at treating two conditions at the same time for my lower back as well as knee. Thank you Mary and all the staff. Front desk manages schedules, insurance, doct office paper work/follow up, etc, very effectively.

I give BenchMark Physical Therapy in Suwanee the highest recommendation!!! This is a great place to receive physical therapy. The therapist (Sarah, Ellen and Mary) are amazing. I worked with each of them following my hip surgery. Each of them were encouraging, inspiring, motivating, and had my do the right exercises at the right time as I progressed. The exercises were progressively more challenging -- yet at the same time the therapists encouraged me and showed me I could do the exercises. And best of all.... I got stronger and better. THANK YOU!!!

We had great experience all the staff members are great it's welcomy .Sarah and Andrea are very professionally with knowledge do taking care of they will do understand and pay attention to make sure you get feel better soon. I had taking my two boys after car accident and we are very happy I do highly do recommend.Thanks Sarah and Andrea and all the staff members.
