“I was trying to figure out why my vehicle would start fine with a jump start then not start the next time within a few short hours. Everything tested fine (alternator, starter, battery) so I got a jumpstart to get out to O’Reillys to ask them. David at store #1326 on Grayson Hwy found it was the negative cable that was loose and tightened it. I was so grateful as I have to travel at night and didn’t want to break down. He then went back into the store and sprayed something on my headlights that were really dull and I was absolutely amazed that in 3 seconds it looked like I had new headlight covers!!This is why I have always gone to O’Riellys. They literally save u so much money when they can and are so trustworthy. Thank you David for all your help today. So grateful!!”

He didn’t complain once and it took a while for what should’ve been a simple job. I want to give him his flowers. I couldn’t have asked for better help or service. I am so grateful!!”

“Battery Plus programmed a new key fob for my Infiniti Q50 2014. I had lost one of my original key fobs and only a dealership or a locksmith could program a new one. However, Battery Plus was also able to do it with ease and at a reasonable price. I paid only $70 plus tax for the programming service. The only requirement was that I had to bring a genuine blank (virgin) key fob, which I bought online from eBay. I was very satisfied with the speed of their work.”
