Amazing experience! Dennis went above and beyond to help me figure out a problem that I was having with my car. He figured out what was causing the issue with my car and probably saved me close to $1,000 dollars. Awesome customer service from Dennis!

I had a rough day with everything seeming to go wrong. When I entered the store, I found a long line and just one employee, which frustrated me instantly. Amid my internal turmoil, I noticed the employee's calm and friendly demeanor. Despite the long line, he remained unruffled and assisted each customer with a positive attitude. When it was my turn, I couldn't help but commend him on his amazing attitude. In short, Dennis lifted my spirits with his exceptional customer service skills. Employees like him are a rarity and deserve recognition and promotion. Dennis exemplifies the ideal employee for AutoZone, demonstrating outstanding attitude and composure under pressure. I hope he gets more opportunities to advance, as such employees are truly scarce in retail and customer service roles.

Dennis took great care of me. I had battery issues driving home on a Friday evening. Pulled in to his store and within 15 minutes he had replaced my battery for me. I recommend Dennis and this Auto Zone location.

Terrible customer service! Bought a socket set and about $250 in other parts and tools for an emergency repair. I ended up using the socket set for one bolt in which the $35 socket set became useless for the rest of the repair because of how short the wrench was. I returned later that same evening to ask for a refund due to it not being of much use and needing the funds. I misplaced the receipt, but I figured at the least I would get store credit. I was denied any kind of return by a rude and ignorant employee that decided to use his discretion to turn me away. I tried to explain why I didn’t need the item in which he began to raise his voice and talk over me. This emotional employee was extremely unprofessional and seemed as though the money was coming out of his own pocket. I understand that employees have to adhere to return policies, but this was not the right time to play employee of the month. The employee labeled the item as “super used”, which made zero logical sense due to me using it for one bolt and bought the item hours before . Besides the handle of the wrench having a small amount of grease that could’ve been cleaned off nothing else was “super used” or missing. Luckily I went to another Autozone location the next day, and they accepted my return. Normally I wouldn’t pay this any attention but I want everyone to know how this Autozone treats their customers.
