Wow, I had such a good experience (seriously) until they told me they could not offer the deal I have in writing and screen shots of my account set up the way promised. Pointed me to a help line that would not even let me send them pictures of my documentation after they told me they did not have any. Basically I was offered, and my account setup with the trade in policy of any Samsung galaxy , any year. I got a phone sent to me , easy setup and I went to take the phones back to them for trade in and they said, sorry we can no longer honor that. I have a screen shot and print out of may account set up correctly. After making that call it changed , but I have the screen shots before. ATT was of no help what so ever!Edit: sure I have sent a message with all requested information. In addition i am mailing a formal dispute with at&t corporate and displaying all charges on my credit card. Better businesses filing as well.Second edit: I responded to the email requested above. I have had zero response. Is that the point, look like you are paying attention while you are not?

There was just one employee in the store, so I had to wait until she was done with the other customer. But overall Lilly was very friendly and provided the best support possible to resolve my issue.

I was in to get a new phone and Libby was in the store by her self and handled everything and everyone in such an amazing manner! She was so helpful and got us in and out!

I had a bad experience in an ATT store in December. I had a completely different experience when I worked with Libby and Cheyenne! They both were very friendly and helpful. Both answered all my questions and walked me through the entire visit. I was very happy with the visit!

Can't believe it.I'm the only customer and is closed!I have been trying to get help in any ATT locations, and their customer service is terrible!This is my second location.People don't want to work anymore ?I tried to switch providers, and they didn't know how to do it.My number has been somewhat in the "cloud." They never pulled my number completely, and I can't make phone calls or send text.This girl did everything to help me.Can't believe she was on her own.That's why she needs to hang that sign.BTW, this is a franchise.Can't help me either. 2 and counting ???Keep in mind that we just have 14 days to return and cancel equipment before get charged for. ??☹️??Where are the good working people??

If I could give 0stars I would. This store had misquoted me for 2 iPads that I purchased as a promotion during Xmas 2022. Jaylen was the rep and what he quoted me was NOT what was reflected on the bill. As a representative of AT&T they should be responsible for adjusting the bill to what was quoted to me. I don’t know if it was ineptness or bc he wasn’t trained properly but no matter he was left there to care for the store and to assist people when they walk in. I am horrified that the bill is astronomical compared to what was quoted. If he quoted the correct amount I wouldn’t have been blindsided about the bill. They were being sneaky adding all these additional fees and services I NEVER requested or asked for.Then when I went to the store the interim manager Destiny was so patronizing and condescending stating that it wasn’t her and she wasn’t here that day and that she always quotes the correct amount. Okay I know that you weren’t here that day but as management you should be more accommodating bc it was a staff member from the store that clearly made a mistake in how he handled a customer. They shouldn’t leave someone at the site unless that person is knowledgeable about the services he represents. AT&T really dropped the ball in training. How horrid!!!!! I’ve been a loyal customer to AT&T for better half of a decade and this is how we are treated. Makes me want to change services bc this is ridiculous in how AT&T operates.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. They were all friendly and helpful. Libby L. was extremely knowledgeable and quickly resolved several issues I was having. She took her time with me and patiently explained things as she walked me through setting up my new phone. I highly recommend this location and especially Libby L.

I had my worst experience at this shop, unqualified staff sold me an expired offers and management didn’t care to fix my problem and didn’t pay tension to satisfy me.At&t customer service online didn’t help me too.This is the worst experience I had with a service provider like that

Buying a new phone was a lot easier this time with the help of Tavarus (sales rep). He was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped with backing up my old phone and transferring data to my new phone.
