This morning my steering column got loose. Went to another shop and they told me that the bolts were not correctly tightened and on top of that I'm missing some screws along with many scratches on the trim. A month ago I came to Atlanta Volvo service and repair to get my ac evaporator replaced and it turned out that the car has all new scratches on the inside and they did not put the screw and bolts back. Missing at least 10 screws. The trim on the right and left side was not correctly installed so I had to take it to another shop. Those are just a few pics

Honest, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Not a money grab. If they can fix your issue they will let you know and they will think about you before just throwing high priced fixes. First place I call with any car issue!

Peter at Atlanta Volvo Service and Repair is outstanding! He truly goes above and beyond — not just once, but every time. His work is excellent, his pricing is reasonable, and his customer service is top-notch. I can’t say enough good things about him. Peter has definitely earned my trust, and he’ll be my go-to guy for all of my cars from now on.

Interior was spotless when dropped off and there was pollen and tree debris everywhere on pickup like they left it outside with the windows open. Didn't complete service order, upcharged for fuel additive I didn't request. Half of the service was inspection and I didn't even get a checklist. I didn't even get a readout for the alignment. 0 remarks.
Seriously disappointing.

I only come here for my volvo now. These guys are really great. They're so attentive that they even noticed my car sear covers were on the opposite sides which would block the side airbags from property activating. Truly professionals here

Book ahead because everyone is trying to hire them to get car work done due to their good reputation. They go above & beyond!

I've been with them through 3 Volvo's and some (non-Volvo) rental cars - they fix everything! They've always taken excellent care of me with reasonable prices. Peter is someone you can truly trust. They will never suggest any services that you don't need.
