I went here yesterday and ordered a new iPhone. It’s not out yet but the folks at the store were really nice and knowledgeable about the various products. They quickly helped me figure out what my monthly rate would be with various models. Definitely coming back.

Son wanted a new iPhone for his upcoming birthday. We went to the AT&T store on McGinnis Ferry Road. We were waited on by Alexandra right away. She addressed him about his interests, then the shortages they are experiencing. So we could only order the phone. She is friendly, professional and really helpful.

Be advised that this is an authorized retailer for AT&T, and it's not an actual brick and mortar for AT&T. Terrible experience returning a device. On my official receipt, it stated that there was a restocking fee of $45, yet they continued to try to tell me that I was going to be charged $55 instead even when I had evidence. The manager had to call the owner apparently to get the "ok." Once that happened, they deducted that fee from the taxes I paid and I was owed a small refund, and he took my cc and told me the refund was applied and I'd get an email receipt. Well, I never got an email receipt, nor was a refund ever issued to my account. The manager kept saying, "well I don't know what you want me to do because either it's taking a while for the email, or there must be some system-related issue." I refused to leave without a receipt until finally after an hour they agreed to just credit my AT&T account for the refund. Note that I never did get a receipt thru my email, and my credit card was never even swiped for a refund even though he told me it was. Not only that, the manager was so bitter about me returning a device that he tried to make everything else more difficult. I also had a trade-in, and he proceeded to tell me since I returned my device that I'd only get $30 for my trade-in, instead of the promo that AT&T was offering, and there was no way to return my trade-in device. That "oh well, that's just how it works." attitude is what I was given. The reason I returned the device in the first place is because I was going to buy the newer model that just came out literally days afterwards (that they never even mentioned when I bought the first one), so essentially I was going to pay more money to get the upgrade instead, which would be good for them, right? Wrong. The manager still gave me an attitude problem and had all sorts of issues trying to give me a receipt for returning my phone. He told me to just leave, that it was on record. Umm no, I was not leaving without physical evidence that I returned my device. Then he wouldn't let me take a picture of the transaction either. I had to actually call AT&T customer service while I was there for them to confirm for me that it was returned and have them notate it on the account. This is a ridiculous amount of effort, and they purposely tried to make it more difficult for me. I refuse to ever come back to this store for anything. They don't know how to work their system applications to provide customers receipts, and trust me you want a receipt from them because DO NOT trust them if they say something has been refunded or applied...Make sure to get evidence. If I had left there without any sort of documentation and just gone on their word I'd be totally out of luck, and they would have probably said I never returned anything at all. Go a few miles up the road to the other AT&T store. They have much better customer service. My fault for giving this place a try because it was a little closer. Never again.

I had the pleasure of dropping into this store with my nieces and sister to upgrade phones on our family plan. Both Carli and Bryan helped us not only seamlessly upgrade our phones but also transfer our data. Carli was super helpful and polite. Bryan was a whiz with product knowledge as well as technical issues. As anyone who has had to update their phones knows it can take some time. Both associates made it easy and straightforward. I would recommend this branch to all my family and friends. I even thoroughly appreciated that they managed my expectations regarding what I should expect on my upcoming bill, etc.

Very unprofessional. He ( his co, @ McGinnis ferry Rd branch) was very nice @ first visit. Bought a new phone as trade in, using $700 exchange with the latest at&t offer. They advised me to change old phone screen for the trade in. When I went back a week after with the new screen, his service & attitude was entirely different. Didn’t take my old phone for trade in with his very unprofessional, untrustworthy reasoning...Went to at&t corporate branch @ Peachtree Pwy , they took just 5 mts to complete the trade in.My sincere advice... Be careful with these people @ this branch( authorized dealers, not at & t owned). At & t Corporate branch @ Peachtree Pwy is not too far away from this place.

Opens late, doesn't wear masks and dressed like the hood.....I'm ashamed to be a customer for 10+ years and left when they wanted to scan my driver's license.
