I Love this place. It’s the best apartment I’ve lived in so far. I feel like I got the best apartment in the city for the best price. It’s very updated in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The office staff has been very nice and made the move in process so easy. After a long and stressful apartment hunt I am blessed to call this place home!

So far, we have lived here for a little over 2 weeks. We've had a great experience so far. Saira and Hannah in the leasing office are so nice and welcoming! They address any questions or concerns very quickly. The complex is quiet and I feel safe. This is the first apartment I've lived in where the gate actually works and the leasing office picks up the phone. My upstairs neighborhoods have a toddler that we can hear occasionally running around, but nothing out of the ordinary. The complex also does a book swap which is super cute! I'll make sure to donate my children and YA books from grade school there soon. Love it so far, feels like home!

Moved in about a month ago and things have been great! Maintenance responds very quickly, everyone in the leasing office was really helpful. I needed to move in quickly and they were very accommodating. The amenities are nice and the complex is generally quiet.

Hannah helped me and my husband throughout the whole apartment process, she was absolutely wonderful she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy at the end of the day, she is very respectful and actually listens and genuinely cares. Best experience we have had in regards to apartment living!

hi. my family recently moved to this complex in may-- so we have been here a month now. ....this is a great complex-- no issues so far. units are nice and updated and the floor plans make sense....they actually are laid out smart and not just a square like other complexes.... plenty of storage... big closets... nice laundry room...patio is nice with outside storage unit.Security gate actually works-- ive lived in plenty of complexes where the gate is broken all the time... very safe community.Office staff are friendly, helpful and they actually answer the phones when you call. Hanna and Tamara were both very helpful as we were doing all of our paperwork from Miami Florida and we were out of the country for a while as well and they still stayed in communication with us throughout the process.Overall.... so far a wonderful experience and i hope this place keeps it up! would highly recommend.

We just moved here last week from New Jersey. So far my experience with Mgt is very positive, we did all the formalities online and whole process .i.e. signing lease & taking possession was super smooth. Apartment is nice, clean & quite.Special thanks to Ilhana & Saira. very professional & attentive to customer needs. Happy to be here :)

If you are looking for the most peaceful, pleasant apartment living, this is your place. Mgmt do not allow loud, crazy parties or unacceptable tenant behavior. The mgmt team and staff are amazing. The mgr treats you with dignity and not too busy to assist. Saira, Asst Mgr is the one that generally I work with and I can’t brag on her enough, she always responds immediately with answers or concerns. Super friendly and never makes you feel you’re a bother. I’m sorry to say I haven’t worked as much with the other staff and can’t remember her name but there was a time I had an after hour issue and she even helped me after the office was supposed be closed. She is always smiling when you walk in the office. Maintenance is great. In a year, I’ve never had them respond later than a day. I’ve had a wonderful experience and encourage anyone to make this your home.

A few things I don’t like about this place1. There is never any parking when I go to visit my mom2.the stairs needs to be cleaned . I’m so tired of seeing spider webs everywhere .3.people don’t clean up their pets poop4.the walls are extremely thin you can hear a pin drop on the floor .5.the portal to make payments is always closed . I tend to help my mother often by logging in her account to make rent payments but the way their system is you can only make payments on the 1st .the BIGGEST problem is you can’t even split your rent payment with multiple cards . The system forced you to make the payment in a lump sum . That’s very inconvenient.if I wanted to pay her rent early I can’t because the make a payment option is grayed out until the 1st of the month Being that I help my mom with payments ,instead of logging on and submitting a payment to help her out . it forces me to pay the entire balance. My mom will not be renewing here. It’s not worth it especially the parking !

My family have been living here for three years. It was a decent place staying while waiting to buy our home. We never had any major problems until recently!!! BEWARE! Aug 10 this year I left home and came back an hour and 30 mins later to discover someone came in my apartment and took my 2.85 carat engagement ring off my dresser in my room. I always leave it in the same spot because I do not like wearing it in The gym.My husband was at work and daughter was at school. I filed a police report and went to the rent office. Tamara stated that they only have one maintenance man and she knew he wouldn’t do an act like that. Which maybe true, but someone from Artisan station who had access to my apartment took it. I also called corporate and talked to a gentleman and he stated he was going to investigate, however, we in Sept and I never got a call. I told him that I seen maintenance coming out the apartment in front of mine. I asked the lady did she have a maintenance order, she said no! Corporate gentleman stated that Tamera never stated to him that I saw the guy coming out of that apartment. Plus, my next door neighbor stated that she had to place a police report 6 months ago due to someone coming in her apartment and taking her jewelry.Please make sure all your expensive things are insured. Other than that we never had any major problems!

I have lived here for four years and have loved being here. The apartments are very up to date and an upgrade from other places I've seen. The staff is friendly and helpful. Neighbors are great and friendly. The pool is a great spot to be on hot days - always a good crowd!

Amazing community! Leasing staff and maintenance staff have been super helpful and nice from the very beginning. Nice sized apartments with pretty good amenities. Quiet community which is a big plus!
