Christa Donnell, Leasing Consultant of the Apartments was amazing with helping us complete the lease agreement application and finding us the right apartment. Establishing a new residence after moving in from out of state would not have been easy without Christa’s assistance. She was willing and able to help us with fascinating required information by the new schools for our kids. There wasn’t anything that Christa wasn’t eager to help us. She is a great helper of the apartment residents.

Friendly staff, nice apartment. valet trash is a crap shoot. WORST RESIDENT PORTAL EVER. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER. IT SEEMS THEY DON’T WANT TO GET PAID ON TIME BUT WOULD RATHER CHARGE LATE FEES. Online payments are screwed up and incorrect. Balance goes to $0 before payment is processed. Payments can take up to 15 days to process. I don’t keep extra money in my account so when I saw the balance through the portal was $0, I assumed it was accurate twice for two months. I found out neither payment had sufficient funds because I don’t keep extra money in there after I pay my bills and I foolishly assumed the balance on the resident portal was accurate. This isn’t about not having the money. I can pay up front right now what I owe for the remainder of the lease term. I was told I can’t pay the entire rent up front, however. Reason? NONE. Now I can only pay with certified funds FOR THE REST OF THE ENTIRE 10 MONTH RENTAL PERIOD. THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT ONE CERTIFIED CHECK FOR THE ENTIRE REMAINING RENT. HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE IF THEY’RE WORRIED ABOUT GETTING PAID? IT FEELS PUNITIVE, INCONVENIENT AND UNNECESSARY. I HATE THIS SYSTEM. There is no drop box for checks. Inconsistent and sporadic valet trash. I get penalized when they don’t come and animals tear open the trash. They just won’t take the trash. I had a leak a month after moving in. I called emergency maintenance, waited an hour and was told to just let it leak overnight. First day I moved in the key didn’t fit in the lock. I was told “they had this problem yesterday” and to just push or pull as I was turning the key. No one ever told me a mailbox number, which isn’t the same as the apartment number. Management has offered to talk with me about my complaints but why bother? It’s their broken system they need to fix. I now have to waste my time every month with a certified check. I don’t intend to waste more time being told about policies or offered verbal niceties.

I’ve been living here for four years now and my experience here has been nothing but the best. I love that the apartment complex is really small in comparison to others. It’s quiet and quaint. The neighbors are friendly and. the staff is simply exceptional. I like that someone’s always in the office so if there are any issues, I have someone that I can call and talk to. They’re very welcoming and if I had any maintenance issues or anything needing to be fixed, they are very timely and getting things taken care of. They are very professional and friendly, I would especially like to give thanks to the Leasing team Tamera, Sarah and Christa you guys are awesome. You have been nothing but the best and I appreciate you and the time that I’ve been here. Jesse, a special thanks to you and the maintenance team as well for your hard work. It is greatly appreciated.

I have been at Artisan for almost 9 months and have only needed maintenance 1 or 2 times. Just recently my a/c unit motor went out and I inadvertently let something go down my garbage disposal and knocked it out all within a few days of each other.
I put in my maintenance request online and within 3 days they both were fixed. And 2 of those days were the weekend so that should tell you how quickly they get on anything needing attention.
Thank you maintenance department for such quick responses and professional service!

I love Artisan Station Apartments I have been there for almost 2 years, the people of the leasing center are very kind. The common areas are always clean and it is a quiet, luxury and beautiful place, I recommend it 100%! In addition, it is located in the best area of Suwanee, close to Downtown Suwanee and close to supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shop which makes it perfect.

I accidentally came to Artisan Station after a very long day of househunting and making a wrong turn on my way to see another apartment.
Christa, the leasing agent, pleasantly greeted me, and assured me that this would be my last stop exclaiming "Welcome home."
Her knowledge of the complex mixed with her bubbly personality made me feel like I was in good hands.
The amenities are great and they are definitely pet friendly with a bark park and pet grooming staion. The gym is well equipped and I was even told there is a personal trainer. The apartments are beautiful. I love the split layout for maximum privacy inside. There are plenty of windows that supply natural lighting together with the open floor plan really makes it look and feel more spacious.
So far, it has been clean and quiet, and the neighbors have been super friendly.
The apartment does have a little wear and tear, which is expected for its age. I do wish it was totally carpet free, but overall it's cozy and comfortable and feels like home.
Christa was right!
...Artisan Station was my last stop.

We have lived in Artisian Station Apartments in Suwanee, Georgia since 2019. Our journey started with a move to this area after a five year stay in Texas with intentions of buying a home. Life happens and we have found this complex a wonderful fit. Management (Tamara and her staff) have always been so very helpful since day one. Maintenance (Jessie and crew) have always been very prompt with response for any request. We recently had air conditioning problems that would result in a part being ordered. In this heat I was worried that we would have to come up with alternative arrangements but before I had to think about it a portable air conditioner was brought to unit and installed to keep us cool until part was installed and problem solved. You always see them working around the complex during the day. Grounds are always kept neat and tidy.

Hello
me and my family just moved out of these apts-- over all our experience was fine.
until we moved out and got our final bill
you will want to make sure you are present with the cleaning crew and paint crew to go over any charges and damages-- they charge you for EVERYTHING--
the property manager Saira sent us another persons final statement--- so i was able to see the charges they were charged and compare them to the final charges i was charged.
For those of you who like to fix TV anchor wall holes or any holes in your apt you have from decorations etc.... like our lease agreement says to do-- DO NOT DO THIS-- they will charge you more. They will say you did not fill the holes properly and they were "ugly".... which i think is a piss poor excuse to get more money-- they paint company charged me 140 dollars due to me filling in the holes for the TV and like little nail holes i had for decorations because i did it myself...
they charged the other person only 80 dollars-- even though they did not fill in any of the holes-- on their statement it said 80 dollars--- TV wall anchor repair-- i asked Saira the difference in cost and she told me its because they didnt fill in the holes and if i were to have left them as is when i moved out-- that i would have only been charged 80 dollars instead of 140 dollars for them to "redo because they were ugly" .
it makes no sense.
Also-- both myself and this other person got charged 60 dollars for DEEP OIL STAINs on the wall... she sent my wife pictures of these so called stains-- they were no oil stains-- they are minor streaks on the walls from the cleaning supplies my wife used to clean the walls before we moved out. there were no oil stains in the kitchen-- where if we had any type of oil stains-- thats where they would be-- not the living room and bedroom.
this place will nickle and dime you for everything-- be sure to be present when the cleaners are there to make sure they do not do this to you upon move out.
also-- to sum it up--do not clean your apt when you move out-- do not fix anything-- they will charge you... just sweep the floor and leave it as is.
its unfortunate Saira would not work with me on these charges as they are bogus as we did everything we were supposed to do when we vacated the apt per our lease agreement.
