This business is practicing unprofessional business practices, basically illegal. I drop off my daughter's dress for alterations, as the lady is pinning the dress, I ask her , "what price are we looking at?" She answers " mm, 60$ , but I don't know it could be a range , I don't do the alteration, some one else does it, so the price may be different." I called the day the dress was supposed to be ready, and no one answered the phone. Called 3 times. I arrived at the store the same day and a man was in the shop, he brings the dress to the front with a tag on the bag that read $110. I asked him " is that the right price? I was told it would be a range between 60 and something, but not $110" he states, he doesn't know it was his aunt who made the alteration" . I asked him to place his aunt on the phone to know where she got these prices from. She did not speak very clear English, all I heard was " regular price". The man stated that the lady who gave that price didn't know the price. I explained to him that's not my issue. I left the dress there and told him I would return.
I return today, Monday , the same lady who stated it would be a range was there. I reminded her of our conversation the first day and she denied that she stated that.
I told her she could pull up the video with the audio to see what was said. The lady says " oh, this is not my business, the business owner has this with him". I told her " I'm giving you this $60 and taking my dress. ".
The business did not call me at all to tell me the final price, they just did the work. When I called to get the price no one answered. I'm not going back to this place. We don't need businesses in Suwanee who just pick and choose what price to give people without notifying the customers. I reported them to the BBB as well.
If you're looking to be charged a random range and then be lied to about what was said, this store is for you!

I’ve been coming in for the last six years, but now I would not recommend them even to my worst enemy, because there are unprofessional, overpriced, and full of empty promises !!!

This place is very unprofessional. I had went to get two shirts and two pants dry cleaned and was told the price based on the lady feeling both the shirts and pants. Shirts were $5.50 and pants at $6 each, two week prior my brother went and was told $2.50 for shirts and $3 for pants... would not trust these people for Jack. Thank god they are not the only one in Suwanee.

This place is a joke. I had them clean my 3yr dress for a family reunion. Paid a 100 for it. She only wore it once to Sunday school. There were a couple spots on it from candy and I didnt want to have to get the wrickles out bc Im not a processional. The dress is covered in lace .When I got it back the laced was torn all over the dress .I took it staight back and the lady said the owner would call. He never called I went back almost everyday for a week and the lady at front kept the dress .I took pics of the dress there with there tags on it .After a week and the owner never shown. I went back again, took a few other shirts to clean so things could be even .The man the so called owner was hiding in the back .The lady up front acted like she didnt know what I was talking about . Then after having to explain what she already knew, Her answer was" we looked on the video and never cleaned that dress" wow, I was floored and pi____ .Now ,I have contacted bbb , and written every review I can make. Taking them to court for 100 plus court cost . All they had to do was make it right. And they lied insted .This is a company .They claim to be processional .Hope this review helps anyone trying to find a cleaners. Do not go there.

Fast, friendly service. This was my first time coming to Apex, but I will definitely go back. They are very friendly, my suit looks great and was ready in no time, and the prices are competitive with other cleaners in the area.
