Paid for a wash, and noticed there weren’t a lot of suds, and didn’t get the tire wash I was seeking. Pointed it out was told there was a soap shortage. When I asked for a re-wash, they declined. Go to Wash Factory instead just down the road, it’s a more modern system.

Never will give business to them..
Their staff is very rude and they don’t care about you and your precious cars. Left various muddy spots and wipes were not cleaned. Their “free vaccum” has a catch of not allowing to use them unless you purchase a car wash or be a member which they don’t cancel after repeated attempts..

I obtained a membership with this place - this year (May) I relocated to Charlotte and did not have the opportunity to go in person to cancel the member ship. I have tried calling and their number is not active - I have emailed with no success. I even hired a company to try and get this deactived and they got back to me stating that I should hire legal representation because what they are doing is not legal. Here I am 7 months later and these guys are still charging me whiteout me even using the membership. I am seeking legal guidance to get them resolved since there is not website, functioning phone number that can assist me.

I've been using it for several years, and it gets cleaner when I do a basic car wash than other car washes. Especially since I have a lot of white cars, other car washes sometimes leave muddy marks, but this car wash cleans them well.

I have been trying to get in contact with them for months after I relocated from GA to cancel my membership. They have no form of contact available and they continue to deduct the monthly fee from my account. I moved from GA since March and forgot to go their personally to cancel figuring that I could call them directly- zero luck! I have contact other resources to step in and help me because this is ridiculous at this point.

Worst experience with their Unlimited Plans. After having car wash still see the debris on car windshield and bumper. And also experienced very customer service with their rude staff members. NEVER go there.

I have a membership at this place but I am tired of going and finding the place closed in the middle of the day on the weekends.Their phone number is out of service. And some of the workers are rude! One of the better car washes in the area. The issue with other carwashes was not enough rinsing with water after the soap. That is not an issue here.

Paid for a “premium” car wash just to have water drizzled over my vehicle and none of the dirt removed. I noticed that the wash was over rather quickly and spoke to the gentleman, on site, who admitted the machine operating in the bay I used needed maintenance as well. Why would they allow people to pay money to use a bay that was not operating up to typical standards?! Difficult to find any contact information on their website. SO disappointed with this service. I usually recommend this location to others since there are not many touchless car washes in the area but, after all of this, I’m not sure if I will be returning.

Aways great hard working friendly staff. Great basic wash and the high end one with tire shine and windshield treatment. Strong vacuums, plenty of cloths and sprays.

Basic wash for 8 bucks. Does the job. People are nice, equipment works, towels are clean and dry.
