I have to say, the “Twice as Nice” policy at Aldi is great - “If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any product, we will gladly replace the product AND refund your money.” I recently was not satisfied with a food item and had to bring it back and not only got a replacement for the item but also got a full refund back! I have to say I was very skeptical at first, just make sure to look for this label (pic attached). Policies like this help Aldi stand out and I wish more business establishments would have policies like this. It is sad that the customer service has gotten so bad recently for many other businesses in the area. Thank you Aldi, keep up the great work!

The Asian female cashier overcharged me at least twice over the past two month! I used to like this place because it’s good price for groceries till I found out one day at home that I was charged $8 more on my receipt. I was flight out of states for over a month and I was too lazy to go back and get my money back. Then just today a few minutes ago, that same Asian female cashier charged me $6 more than I deserved! This time I discovered it quickly enough so I asked my money back. But I dislike this experience:/ please be extra careful if you have to shop here regularly !!!!!!!!!!

Suwanee Aldi is a typical smaller Aldi. They usually don't have ALL of the non food items advertised in their weekly flyer but their food items (almost exclusively their house brands) are great, prices are awesome and they have interesting European food selections sometimes. Mainly German items.

The workers are really nice and helpful especially Lisa ,Aj ,Raynna, Mayra, Malik, Milton, Shannon and Eula. They make Aldi look really good.

We don't like the service by the cashier! She was in a hurry because there weren't many people in line. He threw our shopping in the cart as if it were all metal, kneading the leaves and vegetables. A lot of lack of professionalism! It's even boring to complain! We won't come back to this place!

First time visiting this location, and it was up to the standards I associate with ALDI. Very clean stocked, and the staff I encountered was very pleasant. Overall a definite recommend.
