Apparently the employees here are not paid to work but paid to socialize on the clock! Stood in line for 20 minutes and they were too busy talking to each other to take care of me or the other customers behind me!

Just rude service from Richard.Bought a replacement antenna went outside and tried it universal didn't fit because of the shape.Found one the same base shape and went back into exchange it.Rich gave me an incredible amount of grief, even with a receipt.Then stated he was only going to exchange once.Even if I had receipt.Told him never mind and give me my money back.Again being rude and flip with the lip he gave me my money back.Went down the street to Auto Zone.People were nice helpful and made sure I got what I needed.True professional people.

Michelle!!! I bought some parts for a “quick” install (no power tools??♂️) and Michelle got me all set from the call early in the morning, to the visit and buy and she was knowledgeable, friendly, thought inside and outside of the box, and she made a $50 sale outta me and I’ll return to this store just bc of her alone. She appears trustworthy and genuinely wants to help, gets along w people and offers great customer service. Thanks AAP for taking care of her!!!?

Very racist people working here! I was trying to make a return on an item I did not even open and they discriminated against me. As soon as I walked in with my thobe they gave me weird looks and told me that all sales are final and that’s the policy of advanced auto parts. When I read there policy it said all sales aren’t final and we could make returns within 30 days with a receipt! These are the most racist people I have ever seen so don’t waste your time shopping from this location!
