I’ve been coming to 30 min hit for about 2 months and I love it!! I love that it’s women-only and the owners and trainers all do a really amazing job motivating and helping each individual with form. Everyday I look forward to coming in and the 30 minutes really does make all the difference! It works perfectly for my busy schedule and I already feel so much stronger. I would totally recommend 30 min hit to anyone :) it’s an amazing place

I've been working out here for a couple of months and I'm obsessed. I've been telling everyone about it. It's a great workout and the trainers are very motivating and great at helping with your form and advancement through the levels. I highly recommend trying this gym!

I really like this gym. The trainers are all very nice And they all try to move at my pace but still push me to do more even when I would’ve definitely given up on my own. I’ve never liked working out but I’ve been looking forward to going to this gym. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to be able to protect themselves just in case.

Real results in a short amount of time. The trainers are so amazing Marci and Jody ?. They push me to the max. It took me two years to motivate me to walk in the door.. if it wasn’t for Crystal i would have gave up the idea. So clean. Worth it..

I have been going to 30 minute hiit since December and it’s been a great 30 minute workout with the best coaches who make you feel comfortable and help you do better . Sometimes I get to take my kids too since they have a small play area where the kids either play or watch us .

I always hated to workout, I tried all, from personal trainers, classes, gym, swimming, everything that will make me come and workout even one time a week.But none of this succeed, I hated each moment, and I just waited for the class/ hour at the gym to over.Here it is soooo different, their technique is exactly what I needed, only 30 minutes, and every 2 minutes to change station and workout!!! At the end I'm feeling my body work like I did 2 hours at the gym, and not only 30 minutes.The trainers here amazing, so professional and nice!And I can't believe I'm saying it, but the time flies there, and for the first time I really enjoy it!I already recommended to all of my friends! Thank you for amazing place!By the way, the music there is AWESOME!!

I joined 30 Minute Hit about 2 months ago, and can confidently say it has been a great decision and one of the best investments I have made in myself! All the trainers are so nice and are always pushing me to do my best and reach my goals. On days where I feel tired and need extra motivation to get through the workout, the trainers are always there to encourage me each step of the way and remind me of the strength I have. Each station allows me to challenge myself and push myself beyond what I thought I was capable of. If you are looking for any reason to start or continue in your fitness journey, I highly recommend trying out 30 Minute Hit!

Awesome! My stress level was too high and my eye twitched all day before joining 30-minute Hit Johns Creek. After my first class, my twitching eye was cured!
