“I was Camping at Sloppy Floyd park and had an issue with my blackstone griddle. Just got a new tank, didn’t figure it was that so I replaced the regulator. Well, that didn’t fix it either. I went Back with everything in tow to see if the problem could be resolved. Garret gladly looked at it. He checked to make sure the tank was releasing gas properly and the hose at the other end. He even went as far as taking the gas line off and found where a dirt dobber started his business. Garret got it cleaned out and the griddle going and that’s saying a lot considering most people today wouldn’t touch it if it wasn’t theirs. No this wasn’t life or death but it saved the eating on the camping trip!! Also it is refreshing to see a young man exercise some initiative and kick some butt!! Not because he had to because he wanted to help me out. Thanks again garret ??”

“Managers have always gone over and above to give me the best deal. Recently my laptop stopped powering up. I'm having them pick it up meanwhile I'm looking for endtables. I get no credit on what I've payed and must come into the store to pick them out. I live in rome and can't. Don't know weather policy has change but I've always done things over the phone. So maybe the Rome store has changed their attitude now so I guess I'll check out what they can do for me.”
